How small was the Blizwheel when folded?
In an October 11, 2021 report, New Atlas described the Blizwheel’s folded dimensions as 15.6 × 6.4 × 3.9 inches (396 × 162.5 × 99 mm), and said it could be carried in a backpack or hand luggage. Those measurements make “backpack proportions” a useful shorthand, but the report does not specify a backpack model or establish how easily the scooter fits in different bags.
The report presents the folding design as the scooter’s standout feature. It does not give a carry weight, folding time, number of folding steps, or battery-removal details, so the dimensions alone cannot establish how convenient it would be to carry on a commute.
What performance did the 2021 report describe?
New Atlas reported two versions. Its speed and range figures were reported specifications, not results from an independent test; the article does not state testing conditions or a measurement method.

All figures in the table are attributed to the 2021 New Atlas report. The greater stated speed and range for the Pro came with different reported motors and ground clearance; the source does not establish real-world results, ride comfort, or how either model would perform for a particular rider.
Is the Blizwheel available now?
The New Atlas article describes the scooter as the company’s next crowdfunding attempt after its earlier ESkates Kickstarter campaign was cancelled. It does not establish whether the scooter’s campaign succeeded, whether production began, or whether the model is available from an authorized seller today. Treat its current sales and support status as unconfirmed.

How does it compare with other compact-scooter claims?
Other products have been promoted around compact storage, but their claims are not directly comparable to the Blizwheel figures.
- Arma: The manufacturer advertises a scooter that folds to the size of a 12-inch laptop and says it can fit in a backpack. Its page invites visitors to sign up for availability updates; that is not evidence of current purchasing availability.
- NAVEE Fold P10: A 2026 announcement says its three-stage folding design reduces packed volume by around 80 percent, with storage in places such as a car trunk, under a desk, or in a small apartment. It does not claim backpack fit.
These descriptions do not provide a shared set of measurements for a fair ranking. For a real-world comparison, look for folded dimensions and volume, total carry weight, folding steps and time, ride range and speed, wheel size and ground clearance, battery removability, and confirmed sales, service, and parts support.
