Australian influencer Anna Paul reportedly surprised her former partner, Glen Thompson, with a Nissan Skyline GT-R R33, his long-time dream car. PerthNow described the gift as worth about A$400,000, but that figure is a reported estimate—not a verified current market valuation.
What car did Anna Paul give Glen Thompson?
PerthNow reported on 18 February 2024 that Paul gave Thompson a Nissan Skyline GT-R R33. The outlet described it as a car he had wanted for a long time. Paul reportedly called it something Glen had wanted “our whole lives,” and her Instagram caption was quoted as: “No one deserves it more than Glen💛”. Those words were attributed to Paul by PerthNow; the original posts were not independently authenticated.
How did the surprise happen?
According to PerthNow, the reveal followed dinner with both families. Paul drew Thompson’s attention to the R33, which was parked beside her car, and asked if he liked it. She then unlocked it and handed him the keys. Thompson reportedly became emotional.
What is the reported value of the R33?
PerthNow put the gift’s value at about A$400,000. The same report said the model had been discontinued in 2002 and that its value had reached up to A$424,050 in 2022. These are figures reported by PerthNow, not an independent appraisal or confirmation of the car’s present-day value. NDTV repeated the A$400,000 figure while attributing the story to PerthNow, so it does not provide a separate valuation.

Did Anna Paul and Glen Thompson get back together?
The gift prompted fans to speculate about a reconciliation, but the report did not establish that the former couple had resumed their relationship. PerthNow placed the gift after their reported separation in August 2023, following an eight-year relationship. A generous present and affectionate language do not, on their own, confirm a reunion.
What is confirmed—and what remains unverified?
- Reported: The car was a Nissan Skyline GT-R R33, given to Glen Thompson by Anna Paul.
- Reported: PerthNow described the gift as worth about A$400,000 and recounted the family-dinner reveal.
- Not established: The exact date the reveal took place, a current market valuation, the car’s present ownership, or a reconciliation.
PerthNow’s contemporaneous account was published on 18 February 2024. NDTV’s 21 February 2024 article attributed its account to PerthNow, while a June 2024 PerthNow report later referred to the gift and its reported value. Neither establishes an independent appraisal or the car’s current status.
