The Accord, which he calls the Bel-Cord, is the most personal story in the coverage: a Bel-Air-inspired custom built around a car and a friendship that matter to him. The vehicles named in interviews and reporting are snapshots from different years—not a verified list of what he owns today.
Which cars has T-Pain talked about owning?
In a June 2023 report, Edmunds named a 2009 Bugatti Veyron and referred to Ferrari and Rolls-Royce vehicles in T-Pain’s collection. The report gives the Veyron’s output as 1,001 horsepower and quotes T-Pain calling it powerful and distinctive: “It’s hard to beat 1,001 horsepower — and it’s such a unique and iconic car.” That is a reported specification and his opinion, not a current inventory or an independent assessment of the car.
An earlier snapshot comes from a Gulf News interview published around 2010. T-Pain said, “I own 32 cars in the garage as we speak and I drive a Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead Coupe, 72 Impala.” Gulf News estimated the collection’s value at about $4 million (Dh15 million) at the time. The count was his self-report, and the value was the publication’s estimate; neither should be read as current.

What makes the Bel-Cord special?
A 1994 Accord with a Bel-Air-inspired shape
The Bel-Cord started as a 1994 Honda Accord. T-Pain told Edmunds, Modern Luxury and HollywoodLife coverage that he bought it from mechanic Rob Robinson after Robinson’s shop, Auto Extremes, had serviced one of his cars. That first encounter grew into a lasting friendship. The Accord’s exterior was reshaped as a homage to a 1956 Chevrolet Bel-Air, giving the car its hybrid name.

The result stands apart from the exotic and luxury vehicles in the collection stories. The Veyron’s appeal in the Edmunds interview is its extraordinary reported power and rarity; the Accord’s distinction is the extensive customization and the relationship T-Pain connects to it. He told HollywoodLife the car was molded into one piece and described one-off wheels and a custom air-ride setup. He also said he is protective of the Accord, even while being more relaxed about people interacting with his Ferrari and a Rolls-Royce that was then on its way in. Those comments describe his 2023 interview context, not present ownership.
Reported upgrades
Coverage of the refresh names overlapping but not perfectly identical components, so the reports are best treated as descriptions of the build rather than one definitive parts list.

What did T-Pain say about working on cars?
In the Edmunds interview, T-Pain said he enjoys working on cars and suggested that beginners start with a basic engine tune-up. His examples were checking spark plugs, the air filter and the fuel filter. That is his general interview advice, not a step-by-step repair procedure; consult the vehicle’s service information before attempting maintenance, especially on an unfamiliar or modified car.

How did eBay Motors fit into the Bel-Cord story?
The 2023 coverage describes an eBay Motors collaboration around sourcing parts for the Accord. T-Pain told HollywoodLife, “Yo, eBay Motors has come through with actual parts for this car,” and discussed the site’s Guaranteed Fit feature in the context of finding parts for a heavily modified vehicle. HollywoodLife framed the work as part of its Renew Your Ride campaign, while Modern Luxury described the partnership and build.
This establishes a past parts-sourcing collaboration, not a current campaign, endorsement arrangement, or guarantee that any particular part will fit a modified car. Check compatibility and fitment details for the exact vehicle and component before buying.
