What the 2025 NSX-R auction tells us—and what it does not
In May 2025, a 2003 Honda NSX-R sold for €934,375 at Broad Arrow’s Villa d’Este auction, according to Motor1. The car had about 16,000 km, and Motor1 reported that Honda made fewer than 140 examples of this second-generation NSX-R, all for Japan. The auction is useful context for the strength of demand for rare NSX-Rs, but it cannot verify what an NSX-R GT is worth.
