Ford says the 2027 Bronco RTR starts at an MSRP just over $50,000. Its example with the Hyper Lime appearance package, Sasquatch Package with RTR Suspension, and RTR Appearance Graphics Package comes in just under $60,000 before destination and delivery. Those are rounded descriptions, not exact prices, and Ford’s announcement alone does not establish that the RTR is a bargain against similarly equipped alternatives.
What Ford announced about the 2027 Bronco RTR price
Ford’s May 10, 2026 specifications and features announcement puts the Bronco RTR’s base MSRP just over $50,000. Ford does not state an exact dollar figure in that announcement, so it would be misleading to turn the description into a precise price.
Ford also describes a configuration that comes in just under $60,000 before destination and delivery. It includes three named options: the Hyper Lime appearance package, Sasquatch Package with RTR Suspension, and RTR Appearance Graphics Package. The announcement does not give separate prices for those options or an exact total.
Ford says its base MSRP excludes destination and delivery, government fees and taxes, finance charges, and certain dealer processing, electronic filing, and emissions testing charges. Optional equipment is also excluded from the base MSRP. Any final purchase amount may therefore differ from either rounded MSRP description.

What comes standard on the Bronco RTR?
Ford developed the RTR with RTR Vehicles and describes it as an SUV intended for high-speed desert performance. The standard equipment Ford lists includes:
- Wide-track HOSS 1.0 suspension
- 33-inch tires
- A unique 2.3-liter engine calibration with anti-lag
- Upgraded engine cooling
- Rock rails
- Beadlock-capable 17-inch wheels, squared fenders, and signature LED lighting
Ford says the powertrain pairs a 2.3-liter EcoBoost engine with a 10-speed automatic transmission. Its January 13, 2026 announcement about the RTR’s development describes a 1,000-watt cooling fan borrowed from the Bronco Raptor and a software-operated, race-derived anti-lag system. These are manufacturer descriptions; the announcements do not provide independent acceleration, durability, or fuel-economy measurements.

Ford also lists heated front seats, dual-zone climate control, and Ford Co-Pilot 360 driver-assistance technology as standard. Its cabin announcement describes Hyper Lime details such as seatbelts, stitching, grab handles, and instrument-panel accents, along with embossed RTR seatback logos and a Bronco RTR-specific startup screen.
What does the Sasquatch Package with RTR Suspension add?
Ford’s named package example includes the Sasquatch Package with RTR Suspension as an option. Ford says it adds 35-inch tires, a Ford Racing heavy-duty modular front bumper, and HOSS 3.0 Fox internal bypass dampers. That is a different tire and suspension setup from the standard 33-inch tires and HOSS 1.0 suspension.

Ford positions the RTR as a more accessible way to get high-speed off-road capability. The price announcement and equipment list show what Ford says buyers receive, but they do not prove that it is a bargain relative to other Bronco trims or competing SUVs.

A useful value comparison would need like-for-like prices and equipment, including the cost of matching tire and suspension specifications, destination and dealer charges, and actual transaction prices. Ford’s announcements do not provide those comparisons. Treat “bargain” as Ford’s positioning rather than an established market verdict.
Ford identifies Loren Healy as a two-time King of the Hammers champion and quotes him saying, “You know it’s going to be an absolute blast to drive before you even get behind the wheel.” That is an attributed personal endorsement, not an independent vehicle test.
