Ducati positions the Pikes Peak as the sport-oriented Multistrada. Its 17-inch wheels, single-sided swingarm, Öhlins Smart EC 2.0 semi-active electronic suspension and Race riding mode set out that character. Ducati lists 170 mm of suspension travel at both ends.

Ducati’s September 2026 announcement also lists a valve-clearance check interval of 37,000 miles. Ducati describes this as part of its service offering; the interval is a manufacturer specification, not an independently verified measure of maintenance costs or reliability.

When the new livery is available
Availability depends on market and date. In its September 24, 2026 U.S. announcement, Ducati said 2027 models were already available in dealerships and that the new livery would be available starting in March 2027. Ducati’s European release said the model was already available at European dealers and configurable on Ducati.com. Neither statement establishes that the new livery is available everywhere now.
Customization also varies by region: Ducati’s U.S. announcement says red wheels are available as an accessory, while the European release describes options through Ducati Factory Made. Check with a local Ducati dealer for market-specific availability.
