What design changes have been reported?
Honda describes the update broadly as a bolder design. CarWale’s October 3 report, based on teaser imagery, identifies horizontal segmented LED daytime-running lights integrated into the grille, a Honda badge moved onto the bonnet and a connected rear light treatment. The report says the main LED headlamps and 17-inch alloy design appear to carry over; these are teaser-based observations, not a complete official specification.

What features and cabin upgrades are confirmed?
Honda says the new Elevate will bring “several strongly desired features and enhancements” and a “more premium cabin experience,” but its release does not list the specific additions. Honda Vice President of Marketing and Sales Kunal Behl said the update would combine those enhancements with a bolder design; the statement does not identify individual equipment items.
CarWale’s teaser report also notes a visible 360-degree camera. Earlier, Autocar India reported that Behl said a 360-degree camera and ventilated seats were then offered through the Elevate accessory route and could be considered for the main line. That was a statement about possible consideration, not confirmation that either item will be standard or factory-fitted on the facelift.

Will the engine and gearbox options change?
Reports expect the existing naturally aspirated 1.5-litre petrol engine, with six-speed manual and CVT options, to continue. Honda had not confirmed the facelift’s final powertrain by October 4, so those details remain expectations rather than confirmed specifications. The engine and transmission choices in Honda’s 2023 launch release describe the original model, not proof of the 2026 update’s specification.

Honda had not announced the facelift’s price as of October 4. Autocar India’s model page, last updated September 23, 2026, listed an expected ex-showroom range of ₹11 lakh to ₹17 lakh. That is a media estimate, not Honda’s confirmed price; the page’s separate on-road figures for Namsai should not be confused with the ex-showroom estimate.
