Honda Cars India opened pre-launch bookings for the New Honda Elevate on 1 October 2026, with a booking amount of ₹21,000 at authorised dealerships across India. Honda scheduled the India launch for 6 October 2026. The teaser points to design and cabin changes, but Honda’s campaign page does not provide a full facelift specification list.
When did bookings open, and how much is the booking amount?
Honda Cars India said bookings opened on 1 October 2026 at authorised dealerships across India for ₹21,000. Its announcement described India as the first market for the new Elevate and scheduled the launch for 6 October 2026. The company’s announcement is the source for the booking amount and dates; the official campaign page says, “Bookings Open Now At Your Nearest Dealer.”
The announcement does not establish final launch-day prices, variant specifications, or booking and cancellation terms. Contact an authorised Honda dealer for the terms that apply to an individual booking.
What does the teaser appear to show?
CarDekho’s 5 October 2026 reading of the teaser describes a gloss-black honeycomb grille and a connected front lighting element. At the rear, it identifies a connected light treatment with an illuminated centre. These are media interpretations of teaser visuals, not a detailed specification list published by Honda.

CarDekho also interprets the cabin teaser as showing ambient lighting and white leatherette upholstery. Its report treats other equipment—including a touchscreen, audio system, ventilated seats, a power-adjustable driver’s seat and front parking sensors—as expected or still under wraps, rather than confirmed facelift specifications. Do not treat those predictions as equipment commitments.
What has Honda confirmed about the facelift?
Honda’s announcement says the new Elevate will bring “several strongly desired features and enhancements,” along with a “bolder design and more premium cabin experience.” The statement is promotional, and it does not identify the individual features. The campaign page likewise confirms the facelift campaign and booking message, but does not provide a complete textual equipment list.

Accordingly, the booking date, amount and scheduled launch date are official announcement details; the teaser’s visual readings are attributed to CarDekho; and the anticipated equipment remains unconfirmed in the cited material.
What are the outgoing Elevate’s specifications?
Honda’s current-model page provides a useful baseline, but these figures describe the outgoing Elevate, not confirmed specifications for the facelift:

A meaningful comparison with other SUVs will also depend on final variant equipment, city-specific on-road prices, powertrain and transmission choices, and the applicable booking terms.
