Dodge lists starting U.S. MSRPs of $49,995 and $54,995, respectively, for two-door models. Both trims come with all-wheel drive and are available as two- or four-door cars.
How the R/T and Scat Pack compare
Both trims use a 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged Hurricane inline-six branded SIXPACK. The key differences are engine output, Dodge’s published acceleration figures and starting price.

Dodge also claims quarter-mile times of 12.9 seconds for the R/T and 12.2 seconds for the Scat Pack. These output and performance figures are manufacturer statements, not independent test results. The R/T figures come from Dodge’s March 9, 2026 release (Dodge R/T release); the Scat Pack figures are from its launch announcement (Dodge Scat Pack announcement).
What the price difference gets you
The Scat Pack starts $5,000 above the two-door R/T and adds 130 hp and 63 lb-ft, along with Dodge’s quicker claimed acceleration. The four-door body adds $2,000 to the stated starting MSRP for either trim: $51,995 for the R/T and $56,995 for the Scat Pack, before taxes, title, destination and dealer charges. The practical choice is whether the higher-output engine and the Scat Pack’s claimed performance justify its higher starting price. The R/T has the lower entry price while retaining the same basic SIXPACK layout, all-wheel drive and body-style choice.
Are both gas Charger trims AWD?
Yes. Dodge lists standard all-wheel drive for the R/T and Scat Pack, with a selectable mode that can send all torque to the rear wheels. This gives drivers a rear-drive setting without making the cars rear-wheel-drive-only. The AWD and drive-mode details are in Dodge’s FAQ.

Two-door or four-door: what’s available?
Both gasoline SIXPACK trims are offered in two-door and four-door body styles. Dodge’s FAQ gives approximate dimensions of 206.6 inches long and 79.8 inches wide; those figures describe the Charger generally and should not be read as a comparison of specific trim or body configurations.
What does the Track Pack add?
Dodge’s product page identifies Launch Control and a Dual-Valve Adaptive Damping System as Track Pack features. The exact availability, price and configuration can vary; check Dodge’s live configurator for the specific trim and body style before treating the package as included or pricing a build. Don’t confuse SIXPACK with Daytona Scat Pack
Here, SIXPACK means the gasoline Charger’s twin-turbo inline-six powertrain. The Charger Daytona Scat Pack is a separate, all-electric model; the shared “Scat Pack” name does not mean the two cars have the same engine or propulsion system.

Dodge’s acceleration and quarter-mile numbers are manufacturer claims. They are useful for comparing Dodge’s stated positioning of the two trims, but they are not independently verified road-test results. Dodge also states 23 mpg combined for the R/T in its release. That figure should be treated as Dodge’s stated value, not an EPA-certified rating here; consult the applicable EPA listing for the specific vehicle before relying on fuel-economy figures.
