The 2026 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1X’s price depends on which Chevrolet announcement you’re looking at. Chevrolet announced a $207,395 starting MSRP for the 1LZ coupe on August 6, 2025, including a $1,995 destination freight charge. A later Chevrolet release, dated January 13, 2026, lists the starting MSRP as $209,700. Chevrolet has not explained the difference in the official material cited here, so the two amounts should be treated as dated published prices—not as an explanation of a dealer’s current quote.
How much does the 2026 Corvette ZR1X cost?
Chevrolet’s later published starting MSRP is $209,700, including destination freight charge. That figure appears in the automaker’s January 13, 2026 performance release and on its 2026 Corvette ZR1X model page.
The previously announced $207,395 figure was Chevrolet’s August 6, 2025 starting MSRP for the 1LZ coupe, including a $1,995 destination freight charge. It was a manufacturer-announced MSRP, not a dealer quote or a confirmed transaction price. Chevrolet’s August 6, 2025 pricing announcement also listed these prices:
| 2026 ZR1X configuration | Announced MSRP | Price basis |
|---|---|---|
| 1LZ coupe | $207,395 | Includes $1,995 DFC; announced August 6, 2025 |
| 1LZ convertible | $217,395 | Includes $1,995 DFC; announced August 6, 2025 |
| 3LZ coupe | $218,395 | Includes $1,995 DFC; announced August 6, 2025 |
| 3LZ convertible | $228,395 | Includes $1,995 DFC; announced August 6, 2025 |
| Quail Silver Limited Edition, 3LZ convertible | $241,395 | Announced August 6, 2025; excludes delivery fees |
The Quail Silver Limited Edition was announced exclusively as a ZR1X 3LZ convertible. The listed figures are dated MSRPs; they do not establish the eventual selling price of any particular car.

Why does the price start at $207,395 if Chevrolet now lists $209,700?
They are two different prices published by Chevrolet at different times: $207,395 on August 6, 2025, and $209,700 in a January 13, 2026 release and the model page. The official materials cited here do not explain why the starting figure changed. It would be speculation to attribute the difference to a fee, equipment change, or other specific cause.
For a current starting-price reference, use Chevrolet’s later $209,700 figure and confirm the exact vehicle and price with a dealer. Chevrolet says MSRP includes destination freight charge but excludes tax, title, license, dealer fees, and optional equipment; the dealer sets the final price. A specific dealer’s inventory, availability, or transaction price is not established by these manufacturer announcements.

What does the ZR1X’s price buy?
The ZR1X combines a twin-turbocharged 5.5-liter LT7 V8 with an electric drive unit on the front axle, giving it electrified all-wheel drive. Chevrolet lists 1,064 horsepower and 828 lb-ft of torque for the V8, plus 186 horsepower and 145 lb-ft for the front motor, for a combined system output of 1,250 horsepower.
Chevrolet initially estimated a 0–60 mph time under two seconds and a quarter-mile time under nine seconds. In its January 13, 2026 release, the company later reported a 1.68-second 0–60 mph run and an 8.675-second quarter mile at 159 mph. Chevrolet said those results were validated on a prepped surface with pump gas, standard-equipment tires, and production 50-state street-legal engine calibration, and characterized them as closed-course performance. They are manufacturer-reported results, not a promise of what every driver will achieve.

What to check before comparing prices
- Match body style and trim. The August 2025 price list separates 1LZ and 3LZ, and coupe and convertible. Compare the same configuration rather than the lowest starting price with a differently equipped car.
- Compare the same kind of price. An announced MSRP is not the same as a dealer’s current asking price or a completed transaction price. Chevrolet says the dealer sets the final price.
- Account for exclusions. Taxes, title, license, dealer fees, and optional equipment are not included in the later stated starting MSRP.
- Keep performance comparisons qualified. Acceleration figures depend on test conditions. Chevrolet’s published ZR1X figures specify a prepped surface and particular fuel, tires, and calibration; comparisons with other cars are meaningful only when their methods and conditions are comparable.
Production and availability context
Chevrolet said ZR1X production began in December 2025 at GM’s Bowling Green Assembly Plant in Kentucky. The company describes the car as using U.S. and globally sourced parts. That production statement does not confirm inventory or allocation at a particular dealer; buyers need to check local availability and the price of the specific car they are considering.
