The right trim depends first on the drivetrain and charging configuration you want; Cadillac’s published information does not provide a complete feature-by-feature comparison across all eight trims.
2026 Cadillac LYRIQ trims at a glance
Cadillac identifies six standard LYRIQ trims and two V-Series models. The standard lineup is Luxury, Sport, Premium Luxury, Premium Sport, Signature Luxury and Signature Sport; the V-Series consists of V-Series and V-Series Premium. Cadillac’s September 23, 2026 newsroom overview lists the Luxury RWD starting MSRP at $61,195. That is a manufacturer-listed starting price for that configuration, not a transaction quote or a price for every trim.
For the standard lineup, Cadillac documents selected Luxury and Premium Luxury/Sport equipment, but the available official information does not establish a full equipment map for every trim. Avoid assuming a feature is included on Sport or Signature models unless a current Cadillac configurator or dealer build sheet confirms it.
How far can a 2026 LYRIQ go on a full charge?
Cadillac’s figures are EPA-estimated and vary by drivetrain and charging equipment. Its specifications page distinguishes the two AWD charging configurations, while the V-Series has its own estimate.

These are Cadillac-published specifications and estimates, not independent road-test results. Actual distance varies with driving speed, weather, terrain, cabin heating or cooling, tire choice, load and other conditions. The 19.2 kW figure describes AC charging capacity; it does not mean the vehicle will travel farther than the standard AWD model per charge. Cadillac lists 102 kWh rated battery energy and a CCS1 charge port for the LYRIQ.
What changes between Luxury, Premium Luxury and Premium Sport?
Luxury
Cadillac’s 2026 overview identifies these Luxury features: Super Cruise, a 33-inch Horizon Display, an eight-way power-adjustable driver’s seat with four-way lumbar, a heated steering wheel, IntelliBeam LED headlamps, 20-inch wheels and a SkyGlass roof with a power sunshade. The overview lists Luxury RWD at a starting MSRP of $61,195 as of September 23, 2026.

Premium Luxury and Premium Sport
Cadillac says Premium Luxury and Premium Sport add a head-up display; an eight-way power front-passenger seat with seat memory; ventilated front seats; heated rear outboard seats; and choreographed lighting with upgraded headlamps, taillamps, cornering lights and headlamp leveling. The cited overview does not provide a complete comparison of these trims against every other standard trim.
Sport and Signature trims
Sport, Signature Luxury and Signature Sport are among Cadillac’s named 2026 trims. Cadillac identifies Signature RWD versions among models with up to 326 miles of EPA-estimated range. The official information cited here does not establish a detailed equipment list for these trims, so specific differences should be checked against the current build configuration rather than inferred from trim names or older model years.

What do LYRIQ-V and V-Series Premium add?
Both V-Series models pair dual-motor AWD with Cadillac-estimated 615 hp and 650 lb-ft in Velocity Max, and Cadillac lists an EPA-estimated range of 285 miles. Their documented performance equipment includes Brembo front brakes, Continuous Damping Control, 22-inch V-Series wheels, V-Mode, Launch Control and Competitive Mode.
Cadillac says V-Series Premium adds a 19.2 kW AC onboard charging module, a roof shade, Nappa leather seating and Dark Ash open-pore wood trim. The V-Series price listings on Cadillac’s model page are $78,595 for LYRIQ-V and $83,795 for V-Series Premium; prices and availability can change, so confirm them with Cadillac before purchase.

Charging: what the range figures mean in practice
Cadillac advertises up to 86 miles of range in about 10 minutes at a public DC fast-charging station. It also advertises up to 50 miles per hour of range from an available 19.2 kW AC setup with a GM Energy PowerShift wall charger. These are manufacturer “up to” claims, not guaranteed outcomes: charging rate and added range depend on the vehicle’s equipment, charger, battery state, temperature and other conditions. A home installation must also support the charger’s electrical requirements.
The LYRIQ uses a CCS1 port. Cadillac says an available GM-approved NACS DC adapter enables access to Tesla Superchargers. Check current adapter fitment, vehicle eligibility and network rules before relying on a particular station or buying an adapter.

Which 2026 LYRIQ trim should you choose?
- Choose RWD if range is your priority: Cadillac’s highest listed LYRIQ estimate is up to 326 miles for RWD, including the Signature RWD versions it identifies.
- Choose standard AWD if you want dual-motor power: Cadillac estimates 515 hp and 319 miles with standard 11.5 kW AC charging.
