The 2026 BMW 7 Series spans gasoline, plug-in hybrid and all-electric models. BMW’s US pricing page lists a $99,800 starting MSRP for the 7 Series, while a separate BMW shopping page lists $99,300 for a 2026 740i Sedan; those are different page listings, not a confirmed transaction price. Below are the model distinctions, BMW’s published specifications and the pricing caveats to check before shopping.
2026 BMW 7 Series lineup
BMW’s US warranty booklet identifies four 2026 7 Series sedans: 740i, 740i xDrive, 750e xDrive and 760i xDrive. BMW’s technical page also lists three all-electric i7 variants. The powertrain and drivetrain distinctions matter: the 740i is rear-wheel drive, while the xDrive models are all-wheel drive; the 750e is a plug-in hybrid, and the i7s are battery-electric.

A separate BMW online-shopping page listed a $99,300 starting MSRP for a 2026 740i Sedan on the same date. BMW’s pages therefore do not show a single matching 740i figure.
