The 2025 Toyota Sienna is a model-year update, not a redesign. Advanced Rear Seat Reminder is standard
Every 2025 Sienna grade gets Toyota’s Advanced Rear Seat Reminder. A radar sensor concealed in the headliner scans the second and third rows for movement after specified shutdown, door, and locking events. Depending on the detected activity and sequence, alerts can escalate from hazard lights and a door-lock chime to the horn.
Remote notifications are not automatic for every owner: Toyota says they require notification opt-in and an active Safety Connect subscription. Updated cabin and charging
Interior changes across the grades include revised seats, a revised console, and updated dashboard finishes. Toyota says the wireless charger uses fifth-generation technology and is standard. USB-C charging is provided throughout the cabin, with a USB-A port in the dash.
Multimedia and driver displays
The latest Toyota Audio Multimedia system is standard, but screen size depends on grade. LE has an 8-inch touchscreen; XLE, XSE, Woodland Edition, Limited, and Platinum have a 12.3-inch touchscreen. A 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster is available on XSE, Woodland Edition, Limited, and Platinum—not listed as available on LE or XLE. Platinum includes a 10-inch head-up display as standard equipment.

What changed on the 2025 Sienna’s powertrain and fuel economy?
The 2025 Sienna remains hybrid-only, with front-wheel drive or electronic on-demand all-wheel drive depending on grade; Woodland Edition has AWD standard. Toyota specifies 245 total system horsepower and estimates combined fuel economy at 36 mpg for FWD and 35 mpg for AWD. Those are manufacturer specifications and estimates from the announcement, not results from an independent road test. Are the announced 2025 Sienna price and arrival timing still current?
No. Toyota’s September 17, 2024 release announced a $39,185 starting MSRP for the LE FWD, excluding Dealer Processing and Handling, and said vehicles were expected to reach dealerships in fall 2024.
