2025 Toyota GR86 exterior photos: Hakone Special Edition
Toyota USA Newsroom lists 18 downloadable images named from 2025_Toyota_GR86_Hakone_RidgeGreen_001 through _018, with high-resolution and web-resolution download options. The set is centered on the Hakone Special Edition. View the official 2025 Toyota GR86 image gallery for the images and available interior and exterior b-roll.
In these photos, look for the edition’s Ridge Green paint, 18-inch satin bronze-finished wheels, body-color duck-tail spoiler, black accents and Hakone badge. Those details identify the Hakone; they are not standard visual features of every 2025 GR86.
2025 GR86 Hakone interior pictures
The Hakone cabin pairs Ultrasuede sport seats with tan leather trim and stitching. Toyota also specifies a special-edition shift knob with bronze accents and a GR special-edition plaque. These edition-specific details distinguish the Hakone cabin from the other grades.

For comparison, Toyota describes Premium seats as Ultrasuede and leather trim with black stitching. Base seats use black GR-embossed fabric with sport-fabric side bolsters. A Hakone photo therefore should not be used to represent the interior of every Base or Premium car.
What the 2025 GR86 Hakone looks like—and what the photos cover
The official image page is a useful source for Hakone exterior and cabin views, but Toyota’s listing does not establish that its 18 images cover every grade, paint color or transmission. Check each image and its caption for the specific view and edition rather than assuming the gallery is a complete catalog of all configurations.

Alongside the appearance details, Toyota says it retuned the shock absorbers and electric power steering for handling response and feel. It also revised throttle mapping to ease rev-matching blips and adopted engine torque control for more direct throttle response and linearity. Toyota says the Hakone comes standard with Brembo brakes and SACHS dampers. These are manufacturer descriptions, not independent test findings.

Toyota’s 2024 announcement gives the 2025 GR86’s naturally aspirated 2.4-liter engine output as 228 horsepower and 184 lb.-ft. of torque. Toyota’s stated 0–60 mph times are 6.1 seconds with the six-speed manual and 6.6 seconds with the automatic.
