Shelby states that its horsepower ratings are based on 93-octane fuel. The figure is the company’s claim, not an independent test result.

Price, production and warranty
Shelby lists a $170,165 starting price, based on a manual-transmission 2025 Mustang GT with 401A equipment. This is the manufacturer’s stated starting figure, not a guaranteed transaction price.
The company says U.S. production is limited to 300 cars for the 2025 model year, with worldwide availability also limited. Shelby lists a three-year/36,000-mile limited warranty for the original owner.
