The biggest changes to the 2025 Polaris Sportsman 570 are on the two-up Touring, X2 and 6×6 models—not across every 570 trim. Polaris announced refreshed styling, comfort and durability updates for those models in June 2024, while select one-up versions received their own trim-specific equipment changes. Which version makes sense depends chiefly on whether you need a passenger seat, convertible utility use or six-wheel-drive-style cargo capacity.
What changed for 2025?
Polaris announced the 2025 Sportsman Touring 570, X2 570 and 6×6 570 on June 4, 2024. The company described the family as having refreshed body styling, improved seat comfort and ergonomics, and durability upgrades. Touring, X2 and 6×6 updates
For the two-up models, Polaris lists a strengthened chassis that it says is two times more rigid, revised suspension with sealed bushings, on-demand AWD, extended service intervals and new LED lighting. The release also describes Engine Braking System, Active Descent Control and Multi-Select EPS among the features covered. Separate updates to select one-up trims
Polaris’ broader 2025 update identifies different changes on select one-up Sportsman 570 trims: LED headlights, six-gallon sealed rear storage, driver knee pads, a rear cargo rack and improved attachment integration for soft-storage bags. Colors and graphics vary by trim. Check the equipment list for the specific trim rather than assuming these features are standard throughout the 570 range. Use the manual for the exact model and trim when checking limits or operating requirements; the listed capacity is for the standard model, not a universal figure for the 570 family.
Accessories and fitment: check the exact trim
Polaris identifies accessory families including Glacier Plow Systems, Lock & Ride windshields and cargo boxes, bumpers and lighting. Its broader 2025 materials also mention a rear cargo rack and soft-storage integration. These categories do not establish that a particular accessory fits every 2025 Sportsman 570. Before buying, confirm the accessory’s stated year, model and trim compatibility, along with any required mounting hardware. Polaris listed a US$6,999 starting MSRP for the 2025 Sportsman lineup in 2024. That is a historical launch MSRP, not a current dealer quote or a price established for every trim. The available manufacturer information does not establish current inventory, transaction prices or reliability rates.
