What did the 2025 Nissan Murano cost?
Nissan announced these U.S. launch MSRPs on December 19, 2024. They are original MSRP figures, not current dealer asking prices or a quote for a particular vehicle. The figures below reflect the announced grade and drivetrain; transaction-specific destination charges, incentives, discounts, and used-car prices are not established here. Nissan’s launch pricing announcement gives the grade-by-grade prices.

What makes the cabin feel upscale?
Nissan describes the cabin as having soft-touch materials and a horizontal dashboard design. The front dash has two 12.3-inch displays. Those are manufacturer descriptions and specifications, not independent assessments of material quality or fit and finish. Nissan’s comfort and technology overview and its October 2024 debut announcement describe the interior.
Comfort equipment varies by grade and package. Nissan lists available features including a panoramic moonroof, heated and ventilated front seats, massaging front seats, heated rear outboard seats, and customizable ambient lighting. Check the specific vehicle’s grade and equipment list rather than assuming every feature is standard. Nissan’s 2025 Murano brochure and press kit provide the equipment details.

How do the SV, SL, and Platinum differ?
The SV is the entry point and the only grade in the cited launch materials offered with either FWD or AWD. The SL and Platinum are listed with AWD. Nissan’s equipment information places some of the most overtly premium technology and audio features on the upper grades.

Nissan says ProPILOT Assist 1.1 uses navigation data to proactively adjust speed before curves. These are driver-assistance systems, not autonomous driving. Nissan also lists standard Safety Shield 360 and available features that include Invisible Hood View and 3D Intelligent Around View Monitor; availability should be checked for the particular grade and configuration. What are the Murano’s engine, fuel economy, and cargo figures?
Every grade uses a 2.0-liter VC-Turbo four-cylinder rated at 241 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque, paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission and paddle shifters. Nissan’s EPA estimates are 21 mpg city, 27 highway, and 23 combined for both FWD and AWD. Those are EPA estimates, not observed real-world fuel economy. Nissan’s press kit and 2025 Murano specification sheet list the powertrain and economy figures.

Nissan lists a compact temporary spare as an accessory for SV, SL, and Platinum. Confirm whether a particular vehicle includes one and verify compatibility before purchase. Cargo, legroom, fuel economy, and towing figures are from Nissan’s 2025 model-year specifications.

Does the 2025 Murano genuinely feel like a luxury SUV?
The equipment supports a premium-leaning proposition within a mainstream crossover lineup: the upper grades include Google built-in and Bose audio, while available seat and cabin features include ventilation, massage, heated rear outboard seats, a panoramic moonroof, and ambient lighting. At the same time, Nissan’s specifications alone cannot establish ride comfort, cabin noise, acceleration feel, or perceived material quality in real-world driving. Those judgments require independent evaluation, so the evidence here supports describing the Murano’s equipment—not declaring that it drives or feels like a luxury-brand SUV.
