What changed for the 2025 Scout Sixty
Indian Motorcycle announced a redesigned Scout Sixty family on November 12, 2024, with three models—Scout Sixty Bobber, Sport Scout Sixty, and Scout Sixty Classic—each offered in Standard and Limited trims. Indian described the lineup as building on the Scout platform while offering a more accessible range. Indian’s launch release rates the liquid-cooled SpeedPlus engine at 999cc, 85 hp, and 65 lb-ft of torque, paired with a five-speed transmission. 2025 Scout Sixty vs. 2025 Harley-Davidson Nightster specs
The published US Nightster figures are higher for both peak horsepower and torque. Indian’s release and international media page and Harley-Davidson’s US model page are not identical market sources, so compare the figures as each manufacturer publishes them.

Indian’s US launch release says Standard includes ABS and LED lighting. Limited adds cruise control, traction control, ride modes, and USB charging. Its international media page says traction control and ride modes are standard on Limited and optional on Standard, so equipment should be checked against the specific market and configuration rather than assumed from the trim name alone. Which one should you consider?
- Choose based on the published power figures: the 2025 Nightster has the higher stated horsepower and torque. That does not establish which bike accelerates faster in real riding; the cited sources contain no comparative test.
