What’s new on the 2025 Aprilia RS 660?
Aprilia’s March 2025 launch announcement highlights changes to the RS 660’s aerodynamics, electronics, instrument display and color options. The company said the model would reach dealerships that March, a launch timetable rather than an indication of current stock.
- Winglets: New aerodynamic winglets are integrated into the fairing. Aprilia describes the update, but the cited materials do not provide independent, quantified aerodynamic testing.
- Launch control: The electronics package adds launch control, alongside the existing APRC rider aids.
- Instrument cluster: Aprilia says the color instrument cluster has been refined.
- Colors: The launch announcement names Venom Yellow and Blue Marlin.

How much power does the 2025 RS 660 make?
Aprilia lists the full-power RS 660 at 105 hp at 10,400 rpm and 70 Nm of torque at 8,400 rpm. Its engine is a 660 cc, liquid-cooled, Euro 5+ forward-facing parallel twin with four valves per cylinder and 52 mm throttle bodies, according to the official 2025 RS 660 specifications.

The launch article calls the output higher, but the cited launch material does not give a comparable previous-model figure. It therefore supports the 2025 specification, not a precise year-over-year power increase.
What electronics and equipment are listed?
Aprilia describes APRC as a package built around a six-axis inertial measurement platform. The official model page lists five riding modes and electronic controls for launch, traction and wheelie management, as well as cruise control, quick shift, engine braking and engine mapping. It also specifies multimap cornering ABS. These are manufacturer-listed features; availability and equipment should be confirmed for the specific market and trim.

What does the RS 660 Factory add?

The cited material does not establish that every other component or feature is identical between Factory and standard versions in every market, so check the local specification before comparing equipment.

How much did the 2025 RS 660 cost?

Which RS 660 trim should you compare?
The clearest documented distinction is suspension: the Factory adds fully adjustable Öhlins units. Riders choosing between trims should compare the local-market equipment list and price, then decide whether that suspension specification suits their intended road or track use.
