Are there different Blackwing trims?
Cadillac presents the CT5-V and CT5-V Blackwing separately in its 2024 V-Series materials. The Blackwing is its own high-performance model, rather than an equipment grade within the CT5-V lineup. Cadillac’s materials do not set out a ladder of Blackwing trim levels. The meaningful configuration choices are the transmission and selected factory options.

Transmission choices and performance estimates
Six-speed manual
The six-speed manual is standard. Cadillac’s manufacturer-estimated 0–60 mph time for this configuration is 3.6 seconds. The published 4,123-lb curb weight applies to the manual configuration.
10-speed automatic
A performance-tuned 10-speed automatic is available. Cadillac estimates 0–60 mph in 3.4 seconds with this transmission. Cadillac also says Super Cruise is available with the available automatic transmission; confirm the specific car’s equipment rather than assuming it is included.

2024 model-year details
Cadillac’s 2024 materials list V-Series 20th Anniversary commemorative content, including an anniversary grille header and rocker identification, plus a unique driver-information-center wake-up animation. The model sheet also lists “Blackwing” identification below the V-Series badges.
Extra-cost colors named in the model sheet include Velocity Red, Cyber Yellow Metallic, Coastal Blue Metallic and Black Diamond Tricoat. Some colors are marked limited availability; these listings do not establish that every color was orderable on every 2024 car or in every market. What to check on a specific car
Because option content varies, use the vehicle’s window sticker or build record to confirm the transmission, carbon-ceramic brakes, carbon-fiber package contents, seats and other equipment. For comparisons between two Blackwings, line up the transmission and installed options first; Cadillac’s listed fuel-economy estimates are the same for both transmission choices.
