Is the 2023 Honda CBR650R ABS?
Yes. Honda specifies ABS for both the dual front discs and the single rear disc. Honda also describes Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC), which can be switched off, and an assist/slipper clutch. Check the specific used bike for its equipment and any modifications rather than assuming it remains in stock condition.

Honda’s U.S. feature release describes a steel diamond frame, a Showa Separate Function Big Piston front fork and a preload-adjustable rear shock. It also characterizes the engine as high-revving, with peak power at 12,000 rpm and peak torque at 8,500 rpm, and describes its delivery as smooth and linear. How does the riding position and fit compare?
Honda describes the CBR650R’s position as performance-focused: clip-on handlebars sit below the top triple clamp, and the footpegs are rearward-set. The 31.9-inch seat height is a useful measurement, but it cannot establish whether the bike will fit a particular rider. Sit on the motorcycle and assess reach to the ground, handlebar comfort and control at low speed before buying.

How much should you pay for a used 2023 CBR650R?
A defensible current U.S. asking-price range is not established here. Used values depend on location, condition and the details of each listing, so compare live local examples rather than applying a foreign MSRP or currency conversion.
- Compare asking prices for nearby 2023 CBR650R listings, noting mileage and included equipment.
- Review maintenance records and ask about accident history, title status and any modifications.
- Inspect the motorcycle for damage and verify that the listed ABS and other equipment are present.
- Confirm whether any warranty coverage remains on that specific motorcycle; Honda’s original model-year offering was a transferable one-year limited warranty with unlimited mileage, but remaining coverage must be checked individually.
