The 2023 Fisker Ocean was a five-passenger all-electric SUV offered in Sport, Ultra, Extreme and limited One configurations. Fisker later announced US MSRPs of $24,999 to $37,499 for three 2023 trims, but those were historical manufacturer prices—not today’s used-market values. Range figures also depend on market and test cycle: US estimates and certified figures are not directly interchangeable with later European WLTP specifications.
How much did the 2023 Fisker Ocean cost?
On March 27, 2024, Fisker announced reduced US MSRPs for the 2023 Ocean Sport, Ultra and Extreme. The company’s release compared each reduced price with its earlier MSRP:

These are announced historical US manufacturer suggested retail prices, not a record of what every buyer paid, a current asking price, or a present-day valuation. The cited announcement does not give a price for the limited One configuration. Current used prices and local availability are not established here.
What are the 2023 Ocean trims and range figures?
Fisker’s July 2023 US press kit listed Sport, Ultra, Extreme and the limited One. It gave estimated ranges for US-market vehicles on standard 20-inch wheels, while cautioning that actual range varies and that some estimates were simulations using EPA standards; official ratings were still forthcoming when that kit was published. A later Fisker SEC filing described certified range of 231 to 360 miles depending on specification, and noted factors including battery choice, driving conditions, wheel size and testing procedures.

The European figures come from a December 2025 Final Edition guide, not a specification sheet for every 2023 Ocean or a US EPA label. WLTP and EPA are different test cycles, and the guide’s UK-mile figures should not be compared as though they were equivalent US ratings. Its configurations and figures are specific to that European edition and may vary by vehicle.
The guide gives approximate DC fast-charge times from 10% to 80% of 31 minutes for Sport and 34 minutes for Ultra and Extreme, with CCS2 charge ports for the described European vehicles. It also says Boost Mode may be reduced on used purchases and limits use to 500. These are guide specifications, not independent test results, and should not be generalized to US-market cars.

What equipment and design did the Ocean offer?
Fisker’s 2023 US press kit describes a 17.1-inch rotating central touchscreen and recycled interior materials. Those are model-level design details; the cited materials do not establish a complete trim-by-trim equipment list. The later European Final Edition guide lists floor mats as equipment and warns that tires and vehicle configuration may vary.
For a specific used car, confirm its equipment from the vehicle itself and its records rather than assuming that a later European guide applies. The cited specifications do not establish the exact roof configuration or every comfort and technology feature by trim.

Where can you see photos of the Fisker Ocean?
Fisker’s official July 2023 press kit includes vehicle imagery and design descriptions. Access to those images does not itself establish permission to republish them. Publishers should obtain images from an authorized media source and check the terms attached to each asset; this source set does not establish a complete current gallery or image-reuse rights.

Fisker Inc. filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in June 2024, according to a secondary overview. That dated corporate event is relevant context for a prospective used-car buyer, but it does not by itself establish the current status of warranty coverage, software, repairs, parts, service or support in any particular region.

- Check the specific vehicle’s market, trim, battery and wheel configuration against its documents; the published range figures vary by specification and test cycle.
- Ask the seller for current, written details on any remaining warranty, service history, software functionality and repair arrangements; verify them independently for your location.
- Confirm charging compatibility for the car and market. The European guide specifies CCS2 for its European configurations, which should not be assumed for every vehicle.
- For accessories such as floor mats or charging equipment, confirm exact fitment, connector and market. The fact that an item is listed in one guide does not establish compatibility for every trim or prove that a compatible listing is available.
