The S 560 4MATIC combines the smaller V8 with a nine-speed transmission and AWD. The S 650 substitutes a larger V12, a seven-speed transmission and RWD; it has higher stated output and a 0–60 mph claim 0.2 seconds quicker, while its listed fuel-economy figures are lower. The suspension descriptions are variant-specific: the guide also lists AIRMATIC and MAGIC BODY CONTROL among Maybach equipment, so they should not be read as identical systems fitted to both cars.

Both sedans measure 215.0 inches long on a 132.5-inch wheelbase. The manufacturer brochure gives a height of 59.0 inches and a width of 83.9 inches including mirrors for both variants. It lists 17.6 cubic feet of cargo capacity for each.
The detailed S 560 4MATIC specification gives a 74.8-inch width without mirrors, 64.3-inch front and rear tracks, 5.2-inch ground clearance at maximum load, a 36.7-foot turning circle and a 21.1-gallon fuel tank.
The S 560 4MATIC uses staggered tire sizes rather than four identical tires: 245/40 R20 at the front and 275/35 R20 at the rear. Its listed wheel widths are 8.5 x 20 inches front and 9.5 x 20 inches rear. Confirm the specific car’s full fitment, including load and speed ratings, before buying replacements. These detailed tire dimensions are for the S 560 4MATIC; the cited specification does not establish S 650 tire fitment.

Mercedes-Benz’s model-year guide describes Maybach-focused rear-seat and cabin appointments, including executive rear seats with up to 43 degrees of recline, powered calf rests for both outer rear seats, extended rear ambient lighting, leather-covered door sills and seat consoles, extended leather, and a wood-and-leather steering wheel. Suspension equipment depends on the variant, as described above.
The manufacturer positioned the Maybach models as an especially exclusive, spacious extension of the S-Class sedan range. The listed appointments emphasize rear-passenger comfort as well as the more powerful engines; they do not by themselves establish which options an individual car has, so check its build information.
