That does not establish a single factory specification for every car described as a 2019 model: period reports differ on engine displacement, and available sources do not verify the build details or provenance of a specific 2019 example.
What is the Mazzanti Evantra 771?
The 771 designation refers to an upgraded Evantra variant. Period coverage from Motori.it and Tom’s Hardware describes 771 hp/CV and changes to aerodynamics and interior details. Tom’s Hardware also reported founder Luca Mazzanti’s explanation that the upgrade added 20 CV to an Evantra then rated at 751 CV, and that the 771 package could be ordered for earlier cars.
Those reports describe the variant, not the factory record of an individual car. A seller’s model-year label alone cannot confirm when a particular Evantra was built, which specification it has, or whether it is road-registered.
Engine and reported specifications
Period sources describe a naturally aspirated V8 but disagree on displacement. Motori.it and AUTO BILD report a 7.0-liter engine. U-CAR gives 7.4 liters for a displayed 2018 show-market vehicle. These accounts do not establish which displacement, if either, applies to a specific 2019 example.

| Item | What period reporting says | Qualification |
|---|---|---|
| Output | 771 hp/CV | Variant-level figure reported by Motori.it and Tom’s Hardware, circa 2016–2017; the sources use or report horsepower units that should not be treated as a verified specification for every car. |
| Increase over earlier rating | 20 CV over 751 CV | Tom’s Hardware attributes this explanation to Luca Mazzanti. |
| Engine | Naturally aspirated V8 | Described in period reporting; displacement differs by source and vehicle context. |
| Displacement | 7.0 liters or 7.4 liters | Motori.it and AUTO BILD report 7.0 liters; U-CAR reports 7.4 liters for a displayed 2018 vehicle. |
| Weight | 1,300 kg | Reported by Motori.it circa 2017; not confirmed here as a specification for a particular 2019 car. |
How fast is the Evantra 771?
AUTO BILD reported the manufacturer’s claims of less than three seconds from 0 to 100 km/h and a 360 km/h top speed, while explicitly describing those figures as theoretical. Its drive account involved an available prototype, so these are not independently measured production-car results.
U-CAR reported 3.1 seconds to 100 km/h and a maximum speed above 350 km/h for a displayed 2018 vehicle. That report concerns that specific show-market context; it does not verify performance for every car presented as a 2019 model.

How much does a Mazzanti Evantra 771 cost?
There is no current, universal price established by these reports. In a February 2021 press release, Mazzanti Automobili said an Evantra 771 was worth 49 Bitcoin at that time. That historical cryptocurrency valuation is not a current euro asking price or evidence of a completed sale.
U-CAR reported NT$98 million for a Taiwan-market Evantra 771 displayed in 2018 and described it as a prototype. That geographically and historically specific figure is not a current market value or a price applicable to every car.

What to verify on a 2019 example
The available reporting does not establish build details or provenance for a particular 2019 Evantra 771. Before relying on a model-year, specification, or road-use claim, ask for vehicle-specific documentation rather than inferring it from variant-level coverage.
Quick Recap
- Factory documentation showing the car’s build date and original specification.
- Vehicle identification and registration records to confirm the car’s identity, stated year and registration status.
- Documentation of any 771 upgrade, especially if the car was converted from an earlier Evantra.
- Vehicle-specific evidence for engine displacement and output; published figures alone do not settle the discrepancy.
- Provenance records supporting ownership and history claims.
