The 2019 Ford F-150 Black Ops Edition described in the available specifications is a Tuscany Motor Co. conversion based on a Ford F-150—not a Ford factory trim. Tuscany’s 2020 package sheet lists its distinctive wheels, tires, suspension, lighting and interior details, but a used truck’s equipment and condition must be verified individually.
What is the 2019 Ford F-150 Black Ops Edition?
It is a Tuscany Motor Co. conversion built on the Ford F-150 platform. Ford’s 2019 technical specifications and order guide cover the factory truck and Ford series, including Raptor; neither identifies Black Ops as a factory Ford trim. That distinction matters when evaluating a used example: the Ford VIN and original build establish the underlying truck, while an inspection and documentation are needed to establish what conversion equipment is currently installed.
What equipment does Tuscany list?
Tuscany Motor Co.’s 2020 Black Ops F-150 specification sheet lists the following package features. It is a historical package description, not confirmation that every truck advertised as a 2019 Black Ops retains every item.

- A limited-edition numbered plate. The package sheet gives no production total, so the plate should not be read as evidence of a particular run size.
The sheet also states FMVSS compliance and a 3 year / 36,000 mile warranty. Those are Tuscany’s statements in its 2020 package document, not proof of current compliance status for a modified or repaired individual truck, nor confirmation that coverage remains in force. The document cautions: “Due to constant product improvement and innovations, standard features and available options are subject to change without further notice.”
Which engine, towing capacity and factory specifications apply?
The conversion description does not establish which engine, drivetrain, original Ford series, towing capacity or payload a particular Black Ops truck has. Those depend on the underlying F-150’s original configuration and, for a used vehicle, its present condition and equipment. Consult the truck’s VIN-specific Ford build information and labels, then verify installed conversion parts in person; do not assume that every Black Ops example shares one powertrain or capability.

Ford’s 2019 F-150 technical specifications and 2019 F-150 order guide are the relevant sources for factory-platform and series context. Tuscany’s sheet is the source for the Black Ops conversion features.
What should you check on a used Black Ops F-150?
- Original truck: Confirm the VIN, Ford series, engine and drivetrain against vehicle records and the truck itself.
- Conversion equipment: Compare installed wheels, tires, suspension, lighting, body parts and interior details with Tuscany’s listed equipment. Ask for invoices or conversion documentation where available.
- Tires and wheels: The package sheet specifies 325/60R20 KO2 tires and 20-inch wheels. Check the vehicle’s tire placard, wheel condition, tire load rating and exact fitment before replacing tires; the package description alone does not establish fitment for a particular truck today.
- Condition and repairs: Have the suspension, alignment, lighting, power boards, body components and any modifications inspected. The package list does not establish the condition or service history of a used example.
- Warranty and ownership records: Request records showing what Tuscany installed and when, and confirm any current coverage directly with Tuscany rather than assuming the package-sheet warranty still applies.
How do replacement parts and warranty work?
Tuscany’s FAQ says it sells replacement parts for past builds through its warranty department and requires a registered VIN to purchase them; it says parts are not sold to non-owners. The FAQ describes a 3 year / 36,000 mile warranty, whichever comes first, for parts built and installed by Tuscany. For a 2019 used truck, ask Tuscany whether the specific VIN and requested part are eligible and whether any coverage remains. The FAQ’s terms do not establish that original coverage is still active on a particular vehicle.
