The Apollo Arrow was a concept hypercar unveiled at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show, not a verified production car. Apollo proposed a mid-mounted, twin-turbo V8 and quoted performance targets of 986 horsepower, 0–60 mph in 2.9 seconds and a 224-mph top speed. Those numbers were manufacturer claims reported at the time, not independent test results.
What is the 2016 Apollo Arrow?
The Arrow was a concept introduced as part of Apollo Automobil’s post-Gumpert chapter. Road & Track described it as the first car to wear the Apollo Automobil badge when it was unveiled at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show. WYN Design says Apollo tasked the studio in 2015 with developing a new design language for the marque, and that the Arrow helped establish it. WYN Design’s project page dates the debut to Geneva in 2016.
What engine and specifications did Apollo propose?
Road & Track’s March 1, 2016 report described the Arrow’s proposed configuration and figures as claims from Apollo, rather than verified production specifications. The car was presented with a mid-mounted, Audi-sourced 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8, with output adjustable to a buyer’s preference.

How was the Arrow designed?
WYN Design describes the Arrow as a heavily sculpted hypercar shaped around both the new Apollo identity and aerodynamic goals. Its account highlights large side and shoulder intakes intended to feed cooling air to the twin-turbo V8, along with efforts to guide clean airflow through the body. The tubular chromoly frame and carbon-fiber tub were reported as part of the proposed construction, not as details confirmed on a production model.
Was the Apollo Arrow ever produced?
The available sources do not establish that the Arrow reached production or that customer cars were delivered. In an October 25, 2017 statement, Apollo described the Arrow as a future sibling to the Apollo IE, said IE buyers would have priority rights to order it, and called it “scheduled to see the light in 2019.” That was a plan stated in 2017, not confirmation that production or deliveries followed. Was the Arrow street legal or FIA approved?
Road & Track reported that Apollo intended the Arrow to be street legal and FIA approved. Those stated intentions are not proof of completed road homologation, FIA approval, or eligibility for a particular racing series.
