1Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors2Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches3Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsThe 2010 Honda Stateline is model VT1300CR; the Stateline ABS is VT1300CRA. Honda’s model-year identification table lists both as 1,312 cc, two-cylinder, four-stroke custom motorcycles. The key distinction established by their names and codes is braking configuration: the CRA is the ABS model. To identify your bike, find its model code in the paperwork or on its identification label, then use that exact code when looking up manuals or parts. A recall bulletin exists for certain 2010 motorcycles, but only a VIN check can establish whether a specific bike was included and whether the remedy was completed.
What are the 2010 Stateline model codes?
American Honda’s model-year identification table names the VT1300CR as the Stateline and the VT1300CRA as the Stateline ABS. It lists both as custom models with a 1,312 cc, two-cylinder, four-stroke engine. Those are manufacturer identification figures, not independent test measurements. Honda’s identification table for model year 2010 is the source for these designations and figures.
Use the full code when identifying documentation, replacement parts, or recall applicability. The CR and CRA are distinct designations; do not assume a listing for another VT1300-family model, such as the CRL, fits either one. Honda Japan describes the broader VT1300 family as a liquid-cooled, four-stroke 1,300 cc V-twin cruiser series, but that family-level description is not a substitute for U.S. model-specific documentation.
How do the Stateline and Stateline ABS differ?
The verified comparison is the braking designation: Honda identifies the VT1300CRA as the Stateline ABS and the VT1300CR as the Stateline. The available model identification data does not establish differences in stopping distances, performance, weight, price, or ride feel, so those should not be inferred from the model names alone.

Which owner’s or service manual fits?
Owner’s manual
Honda’s 2010 owner’s manual is titled for the VT1300CR/CRA Stateline/ABS and the VT1300CT Interstate. It covers operating information, scheduled maintenance, break-in guidance, and pre-ride and periodic checks. Honda’s introduction says, “Scheduled service is a must, of course.” Helm’s catalog listing describes item 31MFY600 as a factory-issued manual and includes the Stateline 1300 in its coverage. Confirm the edition and exact model coverage before ordering; catalog stock and price can change.
Service manual
For repair procedures, Helm lists genuine service manual item 61MFR14, with 2010 VT1300CR and VT1300CRA in its coverage. The listing describes service data and procedures, tools, troubleshooting, repair, assembly, and adjustment. It is a technical reference, not a substitute for appropriate training; verify the model code and edition on the listing before purchase. Check the factory manual catalog.

- Stay Charged: Battery Tender battery chargers and maintainers provide a full charge to your powersport vehicle’s battery before switching to float mode to maintain proper voltage levels for safe, long-term storage
- Extend Battery Life: Compatible with all 12V lead-acid, flooded, AGM, and gel cell batteries. Complete 4-step charging program (Initialization, Bulk Charge, Absorption Mode, Float Mode) allows for optimization of battery power, without overcharging or battery damage. Smarter than a trickle charger.
- Includes: 12V, 750mA battery charger and battery maintainer with 12-foot output cord, fused-ring terminal harness for hard-to-reach batteries and alligator clip accessory cables, 5-year warranty, and lifetime customer support
- Simple & Safe: Low maintenance, easy-to-use, universal battery charger is just 3.3 x 1.3 x 2.4 inches, 1 lb (charger only). Spark-proof circuitry ensures no-spark connections, and automatic reversed hook-up detection verifies correct connection
- Monitor Power Levels: Two-color charge status LED light indicates the state of the charge and if the battery voltage drops too far under load, adaptive charging will resume full charger output power. Automatic charge cycle functionality switches to float mode after fully charging the battery
Does a 2010 Stateline have an open recall?
American Honda issued an August 2010 non-compliance recall bulletin for certain early-production 2010 VT1300CR, VT1300CRA, and VT1300CT motorcycles. The issue was incorrect front and rear tire gross axle weight rating (GAWR) values on the Safety Certification Label. Honda’s stated remedy was to cover the incorrect information with a correction sticker. The bulletin provides affected VIN ranges, including for the VT1300CRA. Read Honda’s recall bulletin.
A model year alone does not show whether a particular motorcycle was affected or repaired. Compare the motorcycle’s actual VIN with the bulletin’s ranges and ask Honda or an authorized dealer to confirm the VIN-specific status and service history. Do not assume a recall applies—or that it was completed—based only on the model name.

- Easy Operation -Just plug-in, connect to the battery and start charging or maintaining your battery. The desulfation is working automatically during the charing. No manual operation.
A separate Honda Japan notice numbered 3727 concerns a starter magnetic switch on VT1300CR chassis identified as manufactured during 2013–2014. That notice is not evidence that a 2010 U.S. Stateline is covered. See Honda Japan’s notice; do not apply a notice across production years or markets without confirmation.

What to verify before buying documentation or parts
- Confirm whether the motorcycle is a VT1300CR or VT1300CRA using its paperwork or identification label.
- For manuals, check the year and full model code against the seller’s coverage details; the owner’s manual covers CR/CRA, while the service-manual catalog specifically lists both.
- For replacement parts, confirm fitment for the year, model code, and ABS configuration with the seller or a Honda dealer. The model-identification and manual listings do not establish aftermarket compatibility.
- For recall status, provide the actual VIN to Honda or an authorized dealer and request confirmation of both applicability and remedy completion.
