2. It starts with an F-150 Lariat 4×4 SuperCrew
The donor vehicle is a Ford F-150 Lariat 4×4 SuperCrew. Its engine is Ford’s naturally aspirated 5.0-liter V8, which produces 400 horsepower in standard form.

5. It is designed primarily for the street
The Super Snake is a road-performance truck rather than Shelby’s dedicated off-road F-150. Its lowered suspension, road-oriented Michelin tires, large wheels, and performance brakes all point toward pavement use.

8. The exhaust is a Shelby-tuned Borla system
The truck uses a Shelby-tuned BORLA Performance exhaust system. Buyers can choose black or chrome exhaust tips.

11. The bodywork is extensively redesigned
