The list ranges from classic American muscle to European supercars and a one-off custom build. Later estimates and auction comparisons offer a few price reference points, not a reliable total for Cena’s collection.
The 10 cars in SlashGear’s 2023 list
SlashGear’s January 6, 2023 feature named these vehicles as ten of Cena’s priciest purchases. It did not establish a complete current inventory or verify a price order among them.
- 2006 Rolls-Royce Phantom
- 2009 Lamborghini Gallardo “Lamborgreeni”
- Maserati GranTurismo MC Stradale
- Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren
- Land Rover Range Rover Autobiography Ultimate Edition
- 1970 Buick GSX
- Plymouth Superbird
- Dream Machines InCENArator, a custom Corvette-based build
- 2006 Ford GT
- 2017 Ford GT
The two Ford GTs have different stories. The 2006 model appears among the cars Cena discussed in an older interview; the 2017 model was sold and later became the subject of a dispute with Ford, as SlashGear reported. Their inclusion together is not evidence that Cena owns both now. SlashGear’s 2023 list is best read as a dated selection, not a live garage inventory.
What price evidence is available?
The available figures come from different kinds of evidence. A media outlet’s estimate, prices from selected completed auctions, and an appraisal of a specific car are not interchangeable. None of the figures below confirms what Cena paid or what his particular vehicle would sell for today.

| Car or comparison | Reported figure | What it represents |
|---|---|---|
| 2006 Ford GT | $149,995 | 24/7 Wall St.’s 2024 estimated value; not a verified sale of Cena’s car. |
| 1970 Plymouth Superbird | $250,000 | 24/7 Wall St.’s 2024 estimate; not a verified sale of Cena’s car. |
| 1986 Lamborghini Countach | $400,000 | 24/7 Wall St.’s 2024 estimate for a Countach; this is not one of the ten cars in SlashGear’s list. |
| 1970 Buick GSX examples | $75,000–$141,000 | Range for three public-auction sales from the five years before SlashGear’s 2023 article, as reported by that outlet. |
| Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren examples | $282,000–$445,000 | Range for auction sales cited by SlashGear in 2023. The examples were silver, while Cena’s car was described as black. |
| Dream Machines InCENArator | Undetermined | 24/7 Wall St. described its value as undetermined in 2024. |
24/7 Wall St.’s 2024 estimates cover selected vehicles, not a consistent valuation of all ten cars. Likewise, the auction ranges cited by SlashGear are comparisons, not appraisals of Cena’s own examples. The difference in SLR McLaren color alone underscores why a few sale prices cannot settle the value of a specific car.

Collector-car value depends on details that broad lists often omit: exact year and variant, originality, options, condition, mileage, provenance, and whether the figure is an estimate, asking price, or completed sale. The Hagerty Price Guide says it draws on auction results, asking prices, and private-sale activity. That kind of market information can help frame a vehicle’s value, but it does not substitute for an appraisal of an individual car.

The InCENArator makes a definitive price ranking especially difficult: it is a custom Corvette-based build, and 24/7 Wall St. listed its value as undetermined in 2024. Assigning it a precise price or declaring it the most expensive would go beyond the published evidence.
Reporting about Cena’s cars also comes from interviews and articles published at different times, so the vehicles named in one list should not be treated as a confirmed current inventory. The historical interviews offer context for his choices: in a MotorTrend interview, Cena said, “I don’t just buy them to buy them. I buy them because I enjoy them, and every car has a story.” That perspective fits a collection defined by personal interest as well as financial value.
