The lowest price in Yamaha Motor Corporation, USA’s 2024 model-year street lineup announcement is $3,799 for the ZUMA 125 scooter. The lowest-priced motorcycle listed is the V Star 250 at $4,699. The ranking below covers the ten lowest MSRPs among the returning street models and scooters priced in Yamaha’s November 7, 2023 announcement—not every Yamaha motorcycle, off-road bike, or dual-sport.

What this ranking includes—and leaves out
Yamaha described the announcement as the “remainder” of its 2024 street lineup and directed readers elsewhere for the complete lineup. This ranking is therefore limited to the returning street models and scooters priced in that release. It is not a definitive comparison of every 2024 Yamaha category, including off-road and dual-sport models.

The release mentions the MT-09, MT-09 SP, and TRACER 9 GT+ as previously announced, but does not give their prices there. The same release lists higher prices for several other models, including the FJR1300ES at $18,299, YZF-R1M at $27,399, YZF-R1 at $18,399, MT-10 SP at $16,999, and MT-10 at $14,499.

Price alone does not make these models direct substitutes. Start by deciding whether you want a scooter or a motorcycle, then use Yamaha’s family labels to narrow the kind of street bike you want: the list includes Scooters, Sport Heritage, Hyper Naked, and Supersport models. Yamaha describes its R-Series Supersport motorcycles as designed for the track; that category label is not a comparative test or a claim that a particular model is right for every rider.
The announcement provides MSRP and model-family information, not a like-for-like performance, ownership-cost, or suitability comparison. It does not establish which model is “best.” Use the listed figure as a starting point, then confirm local availability and request a dealer quote.
