As of October 8, 2026, the most recent official evidence places Ken Block’s 1965 Ford Mustang Hoonicorn RTR with the Block family’s racing base in Park City, Utah. Block House Racing’s garage page lists the car among the family’s vehicles there. That page is an undated listing, not a timestamped inventory, so it confirms the association with the family team but not the car’s exact location on any given day. The Hoonicorn’s documented public display at the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles ended on November 5, 2025, so it is no longer a place to see the car.

Where the Hoonicorn is listed now

Block House Racing describes its Park City, Utah garage as the home of the Block family’s racecars and special project vehicles. The team’s own wording is: “BLOCK HOUSE RACING in Park City, Utah, is home to the Block family’s racecars and special project vehicles, including some of Ken’s most iconic builds.” The page does not name an individual author, so attribute the statement to Block House Racing.

The garage page lists the 1965 Ford Mustang Hoonicorn RTR in that collection. This is the strongest current location evidence available. It establishes that the car is associated with the Block family team in Park City. It does not establish that the car was physically present at the facility on October 8, 2026, and it does not provide a date for when the car was last seen there.

Which Hoonicorn the listing describes

The garage page lists two Hoonicorn entries, V1 and V2, and they are different builds. Any power figure or description should be tied to the version being discussed, because reports that quote different numbers are often describing different cars.

The Petersen display: a past exhibition

The Hoonicorn was part of the Petersen Automotive Museum exhibition People’s Champ: The Impact of Ken Block. The museum’s exhibit page gives the dates as February 15 through November 5, 2025, and describes the show as bringing together “Ken Block’s most famous builds—like the tire-shredding Hoonicorn, the monstrous Hoonitruck, and more.” The museum’s past-exhibitions page independently marks the show as ended on November 5, 2025.

That display is a documented public showing during 2025. It is not evidence of current ownership or of where the car went afterward. The museum pages do not say where the Hoonicorn was moved after the exhibition closed, so readers should not plan a visit to Los Angeles to see it.

What is and is not established

  • Established: the Block family team’s garage association with the Hoonicorn, as listed on the team’s official page in Park City, Utah.
  • Established: both the V1 and V2 Hoonicorn entries exist on that page, with the specifications shown above.
  • Established: the Petersen exhibition ran from February 15 through November 5, 2025, and is now listed as past.
  • Not established: a dated sighting or an exact physical location on or around October 8, 2026.
  • Not established: registration, title, sale, or transfer records for this car. Nothing in the listing indicates a sale, and other Ken Block vehicles’ histories do not apply to this one.
  • Not established: the car’s itinerary after the Petersen exhibition closed.

How to check before you cite or plan around it

  1. Open Block House Racing’s official garage page and confirm which Hoonicorn version it lists. Note that the page has no visible publication date.
  2. Check the Petersen Automotive Museum’s past-exhibitions page to confirm that People’s Champ is listed as ended.
  3. If you want to see the car in person, contact Block House Racing through its official website rather than relying on a third-party listing. Do not assume the car is on public view at any given time.
  4. When you quote a power figure, name the version and the source, for example: “Block House Racing lists the V1 at 845 hp.”

A buildable version of the V1

Hoonigan’s official store lists the LEGO Speed Champions Ken Block’s 1965 Ford Mustang Hoonicorn RTR V1, set 77262. The model represents the V1 configuration only. It is not the full-size car and does not reflect the V2 twin-turbo build.
