Kristen Stewart has said she loves cars and described keeping a warehouse full of hot rods in Van Nuys. The clearest recent account, a 2024 Rolling Stone interview, also says she drives a black minivan she calls Beth around Los Angeles. The cars in the warehouse—and Beth’s make and model—have not been identified publicly in the sources available.

What has Kristen Stewart said about her cars?

In Alex Morris’s February 22, 2024 Rolling Stone interview, Stewart put it plainly: “The douchiest thing about me, probably, is that I really do love cars.” The article describes her as collecting fast cars while driving a minivan, but it does not provide an itemized inventory or identify the cars in her collection. Read the interview at Rolling Stone.

The hot rods in her Van Nuys warehouse

Stewart told Rolling Stone she keeps a warehouse in Van Nuys full of hot rods. The interview does not name any of them, give a count, or report a collection value. It supports saying she has described keeping hot rods there—not presenting a complete or verified list of her vehicles.

Beth, the black minivan she drives in Los Angeles

The same 2024 interview describes Stewart driving around Los Angeles in a black minivan she calls Beth. It does not state the minivan’s manufacturer, model, or year. The report establishes what she was described as driving at that time; it does not verify whether Beth remains in her possession today.

A black Porsche Cayenne was reported in 2019

A July 2019 Vanity Fair profile described Stewart driving a black Porsche Cayenne. That is a dated account of a vehicle she drove, not evidence that she owns it now or that it belongs to the hot-rod collection she discussed years later. Read the profile at Vanity Fair.

Her first car and the 1949 Hudson from On the Road

British Vogue’s September 2012 profile recalled that a copy of Jack Kerouac’s On the Road was on the dashboard of Stewart’s first car when she was 16. The profile does not identify the car’s make or model. Read the profile at British Vogue.

A separate car sometimes associated with Stewart is a 1949 Hudson used by the cast during filming of On the Road. Vanity Fair’s December 2012 report discusses the production’s driving; it does not say Stewart owned the Hudson. Read the filming report at Vanity Fair.
