What is Toyota Dealer Daily?
Dealer Daily is part of Toyota’s business-facing tool ecosystem. Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Inc. (TMS) identifies itself as the portal’s owner and operator. Its terms describe Dealer Daily as “a dealer communication exchange network” through which information, transmissions, communications, and software applications are made available to authorized Toyota and Lexus dealers and other authorized users. Toyota’s Dealer Daily login page and Terms of Use provide the service description and access terms.
That makes Dealer Daily different from a consumer Toyota account: it is intended for dealership work and authorized business use. Toyota’s corporate tools directory lists Dealer Daily and also references Regional Dealer Daily, including DDUC. The directory establishes that these are Toyota tool entry points; it is not a complete catalogue of portal functions.
Who can use Dealer Daily?
The login site says access is limited to authorized Toyota and Lexus dealers. Under the posted terms, dealer employees may use the service only as required for valid job duties and for the dealer’s internal benefit. Authorized third parties may use it only to provide services to the dealer or as separately authorized.

The terms give users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license. They also reserve Toyota’s ability to modify, suspend, discontinue, or cancel all or part of the service, and do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation. The live login page displays terms last updated August 7, 2020; check the page itself for the terms currently presented if you need to rely on them for legal or operational decisions.
How do you get access or resolve a login problem?
Dealer Daily is restricted, so access must come through an authorized dealership or other approved organization; the public login page does not offer open consumer registration. If you already have credentials, use the official login page. Toyota’s listed first contact for forgotten passwords or other login assistance is the local Dealer Daily administrator.

- Open the official Dealer Daily login page and sign in with your assigned credentials.
- If you have forgotten your password or cannot log in, contact your local Dealer Daily administrator rather than using another person’s credentials.
- If the administrator cannot resolve the issue, use the applicable regional support phone number displayed on the login page. The page lists support options for the US, Mexico, Puerto Rico, SET, and GST.
Phone numbers can change, so use the live page to confirm the appropriate contact details for your region instead of relying on a number copied from an older guide.
What can dealers do through Dealer Daily?
Toyota materials document examples of applications and administration associated with Dealer Daily, but they do not establish a complete current feature list. The functions available to a particular user may depend on authorization, role, region, and the current portal setup.

Connected Services Portal examples
Toyota’s 2019 Connected Services Portal overview describes a portal accessible through Dealer Daily. The training examples include looking up a vehicle by VIN; helping create or locate a Toyota Owner account; linking or unlinking a vehicle; reviewing subscription status; and starting or waiving connected-services trials. These are examples documented in 2019, not confirmation that identical screens, labels, or options remain available today. Toyota Connected Services Portal Overview (SET, 2019).
Staff administration examples
A 2020 Toyota Connected Services Guide (TMNA edition) documents a Dealer Daily staff-administration workflow for granting access to the Service Lane Portal and Technical Information System. Its example uses Office, Staff Administration, an associate profile, and a service-access setting. Because the guide is dated, treat those labels and steps as historical guidance; ask the current dealer administrator for live instructions. Toyota Connected Services Guide (TMNA edition, 2020).

Integration and mobile context
In a February 4, 2011 announcement, Toyota described open-standards-based interface capabilities for Dealer Daily and an intended move toward more robust integration, including mobile devices and tablets. That announcement is historical context, not evidence that a particular integration or mobile experience is currently available. They are related, but they are not interchangeable consumer services. Since Toyota reserves the right to change or discontinue portal features, rely on the current portal and your administrator for what your account can access now.
