A 2021 feature by TheRichest named eight vehicles as part of Mark Wahlberg’s garage and described the collection as worth $2 million. That figure appeared in the feature’s title; its description gives no valuation method, and the list is not proof that Wahlberg owns those cars today. Here’s what the dated account included—and what it does and doesn’t establish.
The eight vehicles named in the 2021 feature
TheRichest’s 2021 feature listed these vehicles. Its lineup ranges from a sports car and luxury convertibles to SUVs, a sedan and a family minivan.

These are the eight models in that feature, not a verified present-day inventory. Its description also says Wahlberg “might be getting” a Mercedes-AMG One. That is speculative phrasing, not confirmation that he ordered or owns one. TheRichest’s 2021 feature
What does the “$2 million collection” claim establish?
The $2 million figure is part of TheRichest’s feature title. The available description does not explain how the amount was calculated, identify an appraiser, or provide a vehicle-by-vehicle valuation. It should therefore be treated as the feature’s headline claim, not as an independently substantiated appraisal or a reliable current total.

Other historical collection coverage exists, including EL COMERCIO Perú and GQ España, but those accounts do not resolve whether the eight vehicles remain in Wahlberg’s possession or establish a current collection value. There is no independently documented collection-value statistic in the sources cited here.

The collection story has a personal backdrop: Wahlberg has described working on cars and buying and reselling them as a teenager. In a 2019 Men’s Journal profile, he said, “I flipped all those cars, all 20, and pretty quickly I was in a pretty nice car.” Motor Authority’s 2018 account also says he did oil changes and tune-ups, drove a tow truck, and bought, fixed and resold cars as a teenager. That history explains his early hands-on connection to cars, but it does not verify ownership of the vehicles in the later feature. Motor Authority, 2018
