DMC’s “Taycan GT3” is an aftermarket styling and aerodynamics package for the electric Porsche Taycan—not a factory GT3 model or a power upgrade. Its defining feature is a two-stage rear-spoiler setup: a lower add-on that works with the Taycan’s retractable production spoiler, plus an optional raised wing for a more overt motorsport look.
What DMC’s “Taycan GT3” package changes
DMC introduced its 2022 iteration as a carbon-fiber body-kit treatment for the Taycan. Contemporary coverage by auto motor und sport describes a modified front spoiler, redesigned side-sill covers and a revised rear bumper and diffuser with new side flaps (auto motor und sport, April 25, 2022). The package changes the car’s appearance; the report says the electric drivetrain was unchanged.
The two-part rear spoiler
The lower spoiler sits on the Taycan’s retractable factory spoiler. The 2022 report says it does not interfere with the factory unit’s function. Buyers could add a second, higher wing on supports, creating the more pronounced GT-style silhouette. DMC presented that raised-wing option as adding downforce, but the sources provide no measured downforce result for the package.
Wheels and interior options
The 2022 coverage showed the car with 22-inch forged PUR Wheels: reported dimensions were 10×22 at the front and 11.5×22 at the rear. Those dimensions describe the reported setup, not guaranteed fitment for every Taycan; confirm compatibility for the exact car before ordering. The report also mentions optional interior customization, without specifying a standard configuration.

Is it a Porsche Taycan GT3?
No. “Taycan GT3” is DMC’s name for its aftermarket treatment, not a production Porsche model. Porsche’s actual 2022 911 GT3 is a separate sports car, with a naturally aspirated 4.0-liter six-cylinder boxer engine and motorsport-derived chassis details, including an adjustable rear wing (Porsche Cars North America, February 16, 2021). DMC borrows the GT3 styling cue for a Taycan; it does not turn the electric sedan into a 911 GT3 or create a factory Taycan variant.
Does the DMC package add power or proven performance?
No drivetrain changes were reported for the 2022 package. The available sources do not give an independent measured result for added downforce, lap times, range, acceleration or power. DMC’s raised-wing downforce description should therefore be read as the manufacturer’s claim about the design, not a verified performance figure.

What DMC sells now, and what installation involves
DMC’s current product listing is titled “Porsche Taycan Forged Carbon Fiber Rear Wing GT3 Spoiler fits the OEM 4S & Turbo S Deck Lid.” It lists a wing by itself or with a base spoiler, with forged- and prepreg-carbon options. The page displays a price range of $2,690–$7,790; that is a time-sensitive listing range, not a confirmed quote for a particular configuration, buyer or market. Check the selected variant, compatibility and final price with DMC on its Taycan product page.
DMC’s product page says the OEM item must be raised or removed for installation, recommends a trained professional and estimates about 120 minutes. It also says the base spoiler must be painted to match the car, offers gloss or matte coating, and recommends additional protective coating suited to local UV and weather conditions. These are manufacturer instructions and estimates, not independent installation tests. DMC also says its products are TÜV-certified; that statement alone does not establish the certificate’s scope or road legality for every part, vehicle or jurisdiction.

What to check before choosing a configuration
- Exact car and deck lid: DMC’s current listing identifies OEM 4S and Turbo S deck-lid fitment. Confirm the model year, trim and compatibility for the specific vehicle with DMC.
- Wing arrangement: Decide whether the lower spoiler alone suits the desired look or whether to add the raised wing. The sources do not establish a quantified performance advantage for either setup.
- Material and finish: Check whether the chosen variant is forged or prepreg carbon, whether it includes the base spoiler, and whether you want gloss or matte coating.
- Paint and installation: Factor in the base spoiler’s stated paint requirement and DMC’s recommendation to use a trained installer.
- Wheels: Treat the reported 10×22 front and 11.5×22 rear PUR Wheels dimensions as a particular 2022 setup, not universal fitment advice.
