What happened at the Perth Royal Show monster truck event?
PerthNow reported on 22 September 2024 that two trucks were taken out of action during a Saturday-night monster-truck performance. According to the report, social-media footage showed a blue truck turning upside down after going over a jump. A second truck went over a jump, struck the ground with sparks, and was towed off the field.
The report described multiple monster-truck performances scheduled during Royal Show week, starting around 7pm. That is the 2024 event context, not a current schedule. PerthNow’s account is the basis for the reported sequence; it does not provide a technical explanation of what caused either incident.
Was anyone hurt?
PerthNow attributed the all-clear to Bell Tower Times, reporting that everyone involved was okay. That is a second-hand account, not an official confirmation from the organiser, a regulator, or a medical source. The report does not establish an independently verified injury record.

Were the trucks identified?
PerthNow said the three trucks at the show were WA-owned and described KAOS as a truck made by Aaron Tuana and his team at a family workshop in Oldbury. It did not identify KAOS as either truck involved in the reported mishaps, so the truck’s mention should not be treated as confirmation of its involvement.
What is known about the cause or any investigation?
The report does not name a driver, explain why the first truck rolled or the second struck the ground, or report an investigation outcome. The available incident reporting therefore does not establish a mechanical failure, negligence, or another cause. It also does not provide an incident-specific official finding.
