The MG HS Hybrid+ is currently listed in the UK at £30,495 OTR for SE and £32,995 OTR for Trophy. MG’s current retail offer also shows PCP examples, but these are finance illustrations rather than cash prices or guaranteed approvals. To arrange a test drive or get a quote, use MG’s website and confirm availability and terms with a participating dealer; the published material does not establish an online reservation deposit or guaranteed delivery date.
Current UK prices and PCP examples
MG Motor UK’s retail offer page, surfaced in October 2026, lists these on-the-road prices and PCP examples. Finance terms and offers can change, so check the current MG offer page before proceeding.

Both displayed PCP examples run for 49 months, quote a 1.49% fixed annual interest rate and 2.9% representative APR, assume 8,000 miles a year and specify a 14.9p excess-mileage charge. The £0-deposit example lists total amounts payable of £31,727.54 for SE and £34,420.48 for Trophy. The customer-deposit example lists £31,472.47 and £34,168.70 respectively. Each shows an optional final payment of £9,895.50 for SE or £11,187 for Trophy. Figures are MG’s retail finance illustrations, subject to status, terms, availability and participating dealers—not a promise of acceptance or a substitute for a personalised quote.
What happens at the end of PCP?
Under the offer terms, the customer can part-exchange the car if equity is available, pay the optional final payment to own it, or return it. Mileage or vehicle-condition charges may apply. Finance is provided by Santander Consumer (UK) PLC trading as MG Motor Financial Services. MG says it acts as a credit broker, not a lender; dealers also act as credit brokers.

Current offer and the older launch prices
The live retail PCP tables show a manufacturer contribution of £1,500 for SE and £2,000 for Trophy. Separately, MG describes a £1,000 test-drive voucher for eligible private retail and Affinity customers—not Fleet or Motability. It must be requested through MG’s website and presented to an MG dealer, is limited to one per household, and applies to qualifying new HS, HS Hybrid+ and HS Plug-in Hybrid vehicles registered from 1 October through 31 December 2026. The offer is subject to participating-dealer availability; confirm eligibility and redemption details with the dealer. It should not be treated as an unconditional cash discount.
MG’s launch announcement quoted £28,995 OTR for SE and £31,495 for Trophy. Those are launch-context prices, not the current figures above; MG’s sources do not explain the difference. An Affinity-only offer page has different prices—£25,485.61 for SE and £27,168.53 for Trophy—with 4.9% representative APR, but its stated registration window ended on 30 September 2026. It is not a generally available current alternative.

What the SE and Trophy offer
MG identifies SE and Trophy as the two HS Hybrid+ trims. Its launch announcement describes a 1.5T hybrid petrol engine rated at 105 kW, a 146 kW electric motor, an onboard generator and a 1.8 kWh battery. MG gives combined output as 165 kW/225 PS, 0–62 mph in as little as 7.9 seconds and a two-speed automatic transmission. These are manufacturer specifications, not independent test results. MG also states a 7-year/80,000-mile warranty.
Equipment to compare
MG’s launch announcement says Trophy adds a panoramic sunroof, heated and ventilated front seats, dual-zone climate control, and black or optional red leather-style/suede-style upholstery. MG’s model page describes MG Pilot assistance features as standard, including adaptive cruise control, intelligent speed-limit assistance, active emergency braking, forward collision warning, traffic-jam assist, lane-keeping assistance, blind-zone detection, active rear cross-traffic alert and door-open warning. It also describes MG iSMART remote functions such as locking and unlocking, locating the parked car, checking fuel and tyre pressures, setting climate control and pre-heating seats. Verify the precise equipment on the vehicle and model-year specification you are considering rather than assuming every listed feature applies to every trim.

For a meaningful SE-versus-Trophy decision, compare the exact equipment included with the specific car alongside its OTR price and the complete finance figures: deposit, monthly payment, total amount payable, optional final payment, mileage allowance and excess-mileage charge. Also check whether an offer is for ordinary retail or has Affinity-only eligibility.

- If you want the £1,000 test-drive voucher, request it through MG’s website and present it to a participating MG dealer, following the offer’s eligibility and registration terms.
- Ask the dealer to confirm the exact trim and specification available, the final OTR price, any applicable manufacturer contribution or voucher, finance eligibility and the vehicle’s registration timing.
- Review a personalised finance quote before agreeing: check the deposit, term, annual mileage, excess-mileage charge, total amount payable and optional final payment.
The official material describes enquiry, test-drive and finance-quote routes, but does not establish that an online reservation deposit is required, that a car can be reserved online, that every dealer has stock or that delivery is guaranteed by a particular date. No independent booking-volume statistic is established for the HS Hybrid+.
