The same-month comparison uses the total-sales figure in both releases. It is not a comparison between September 2026 total sales and September 2025 domestic sales alone.
Which categories reportedly contributed
MoneyWorks4Me’s October 1, 2026 report provides a category breakdown for the month. These figures are from that secondary report, rather than a dependable model-level breakdown in the accessible text of the company release.

The sales releases establish the size and composition of the reported totals, but the September 2026 release text does not explain what caused the year-over-year increase. It would go beyond these figures to attribute the rise to stronger consumer demand, a policy change, a model launch, or exports.
