Information and documents the dealer will likely need

You should also consider reporting the theft to law enforcement where appropriate and checking your insurance or protection contract. Do not leave the Audi unattended in an unsecured location if the person who has the key could identify the vehicle. If you still have another key, ask the dealer whether all remaining keys must be reauthorized during the appointment.
Vehicle immobilizers are designed to help prevent an unauthorized start, but they do not make a stolen key harmless in every situation. Roadside assistance: useful for a lockout, not necessarily a new key
Eligible Audi roadside assistance may attempt to enter a locked vehicle and, when necessary, arrange towing under the applicable program terms. What Amazon can—and cannot—solve
