OMODA & JAECOO Pakistan announced the JAECOO J7 SHS PHEV in Pakistan on October 22, 2025. Its launch-era Premium offer was PKR 9,999,000 ex-factory, but later published prices conflict: an official specification sheet lists PKR 10,499,000, while a September 2026 news report says the Premium price returned to PKR 9,999,000. Buyers should get a current written dealer quote rather than assume any one figure is the live price.

Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. How should buyers assess the J7 SHS PHEV?
A plug-in hybrid is most useful when the owner can charge it regularly and the driving pattern makes use of its electric operation. The reported 90 km WLTP figure is a laboratory-cycle range claim, not a promise of the distance every driver will achieve. Because the official sheet does not specify a charging standard, establish charging compatibility and practical access before treating the quoted electric range as useful for your routine.
