A locator result is a useful lead, but it is not, by itself, proof that an outlet’s authorisation is current or covers both sales and service.
Start with BGauss’s official store locator
Open the BGauss Find Your Store page and enter your city, locality, or another location it accepts. The page is intended to help you find a nearby store. Treat its results as a shortlist of possible outlets, not as a guarantee that every listed location is open, has current stock, or is authorised for every activity.

- Enter the location where you want to buy or receive service. If the first search is too broad or returns no useful result, try a nearby locality or city name.
- For each candidate, record the showroom’s displayed business name, full address, and telephone number. Keep the details together so you can ask BGauss to verify that exact outlet rather than a similarly named business.
- Compare the locator details with the outlet’s own website, map listing, or other contact information before calling. If names, addresses, or numbers differ, do not assume the records refer to the same business; ask the company to clarify.
- Contact BGauss customer care before making a journey or booking payment. The official contact page is the place to recheck the published contact route, since phone numbers and forms can change.
BGauss’s locations index may indicate that the company lists a city, but city-level presence does not establish that a particular showroom is currently authorised. Confirm the individual address, not just the city or dealer name.

What a locator result does—and does not—establish
The official locator is the right starting point because it identifies outlets the company presents as stores. However, the public BGauss pages reviewed do not describe a separate public dealer-certificate lookup or a credential number that buyers can independently validate. For that reason, a listing should not be treated as conclusive proof of current authorisation.

This distinction matters most when a nearby business uses a familiar brand name but has a different address, when a listing has conflicting contact details, or when you need servicing as well as a place to buy. Ask BGauss about the precise address and the precise activity instead of asking only whether there is a dealer in your city.
Confirm the exact showroom with BGauss
Call the customer-care number published by BGauss, +91-829 193 9393, after checking the official contact page for current contact details. Give the representative the showroom’s full business name and complete address. Ask directly whether that outlet is currently authorised for sales, servicing, or both.
A useful call is specific enough to distinguish one outlet from another. If the locator shows an address and the showroom gives you a different one, read both addresses aloud and ask which one BGauss recognises. If customer care cannot confirm the outlet from the information you have, ask what additional detail it needs or whether it can direct you to a confirmed store. Do not treat a general statement about the dealer network or the city as confirmation of the individual address.

- Write down the date of the call and the details you provided.
- Ask whether confirmation applies to sales, service, or both; do not infer one from the other.
- If you receive an unclear answer, follow up through the contact route on BGauss’s site and keep the response with your other purchase records.
- Do not pay a booking amount solely because a salesperson says the outlet is authorised. Resolve the status question with BGauss first.
The public sources reviewed provide the store locator and customer-care contact, but do not set out a formal certificate-verification process. Direct confirmation from the brand is therefore the practical way to check the exact outlet; there is no public credential lookup described here that can substitute for that confirmation.
Call the showroom before travelling
Once you have checked the outlet’s status, contact the showroom directly to establish whether it can meet your needs on the day you plan to visit. A nearby store may not carry every model or variant, have a demonstrator available, or be able to arrange service for the vehicle you are considering. - Model and variant: Is the exact model and variant you want available to inspect? Ask the dealer to identify it precisely rather than confirming only that it has “BGauss scooters.”
- Test ride: Can you ride that model and variant, or only a different one? Is an appointment required, and what should you bring or do before the ride?
- Stock and delivery: Is the vehicle physically available, allocated for delivery, or subject to a future arrival? Ask for the expected delivery date and what could change it.
- Written quote: Request an itemised current quote and ask what is included. Specifically ask about registration, insurance, charger, and any optional items so you can distinguish required charges from extras.
- Offers: Ask which offers apply on the day you intend to book, their conditions, and whether they depend on a particular model, variant, payment method, or booking date. Get the terms in writing.
- Service support: Ask where warranty service is performed and whether the same outlet handles service or refers owners elsewhere. Confirm the service location and contact route before relying on it.

These are separate checks: confirmation that a showroom is authorised does not verify its stock, price, offer, test-ride availability, or service arrangements. Get answers to each question that affects your decision.

Compare nearby options on the details that affect ownership
If more than one outlet is within reach, compare them using confirmed information rather than distance or star ratings alone. The reviewed public sources do not establish a formal BGauss dealer-rating standard, so third-party ratings should not be treated as proof of authorisation. Call each outlet and ask the same questions; that makes differences easier to spot.

Check the documents and vehicle details before paying
Before making a booking payment or completing a purchase, make sure the paperwork matches the vehicle and the terms discussed. Model names, variant specifications, prices, offers, and warranty conditions can change. The BGauss homepage displays product and support information, but a general page should not replace a current, written quote or the documents for the exact vehicle.
- Match the quote to the vehicle. Check that the model and variant named on the quote are the ones you inspected or agreed to buy. Ask the dealer to correct any mismatch before you pay.
