A widebody Toyota Supra Mk IV can sell for a substantial sum, but there is no established single price for one. The two documented auction results here are $64,000 for a modified 1994 car in 2026 and £16,313 for a different modified 1993 car in 2024. They are separate sales in different markets and currencies—not a reliable value range or proof that a widebody kit alone adds value.
What did the widebody Supra Mk IVs sell for?
The records show two real sales of modified fourth-generation Toyota Supra A80s fitted with aftermarket widebody styling. Their different specifications and sale circumstances make each result useful as an example, not as a direct comparison.

The auction records do not provide an independent appraisal or an adjustment for buyer’s fees, taxes, exchange rates, or subsequent market movement. The results are in different currencies and are nearly two years apart, so converting them into a simple price band would be misleading.
Why the kit alone does not explain the price
Neither sale isolates the effect of the widebody conversion. Each car had other modifications, and the examples differ in year, transmission, mileage information, market and sale date. Their records do not establish whether the kit increased either car’s value, or by how much.

For a useful comparison, establish the car’s market specification, engine and transmission, mileage, condition and history, the kit’s identity and installation quality, and its other performance or interior modifications. Then account for auction venue, sale date, currency and fees. Without comparable transactions and a condition assessment, the two results cannot determine what another A80 is worth.
What “Mk IV” and “A80” mean
Mk IV and A80 refer to the fourth-generation Supra. Toyota’s GR brand book dates the A80’s launch to 1993 and the end of production to 2002. Toyota also describes its reputation, motorsport participation and following in tuner culture. That manufacturer history helps explain the car’s significance; it is not evidence of a particular car’s market value.

What is documented about the Abflug widebody kit?
The Iconic Auctioneers listing for its 1993 car identifies the fitted kit as including a front bumper, eyeliner, bonnet, front and rear fenders, door, side step, rear bumper, spoiler, door mirror, inner fender and mounting hardware. That list documents the components described for this car. It does not establish the kit’s current availability, price, or production quantity.
No reliable production count for the Ridox-style or Abflug configuration is established by these auction records. A claim that either is “one of” a particular number would need separate documentation.

Are there Supra A80 model kits?
For collectors interested in a scale replica rather than a full-size widebody conversion, Tamiya documents a 1/10 R/C Toyota Supra Racing A80 assembly kit, item 47433. Tamiya’s US page labels that release discontinued, while Tamiya Japan’s page provides product details. Those pages establish information about a scale R/C model—not the availability or value of an auction car or aftermarket widebody kit. Check current stock before seeking this specific release.
