Its differences are chiefly styling and trim: special branding and striped graphics, a chrome rear grabrail, and a seat colour tied to the paint choice. That quoted price and the October 2025 rollout plan are historical; ask a Honda BigWing dealer for today’s variant name, local price and availability.
What the CB350C Special Edition is—and when it launched
Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) announced the all-new CB350C Special Edition on 26 September 2025. In the launch release, HMSI said it was rebranding the CB350 as the CB350C and planned to make the new model available through BigWing dealerships nationwide from the first week of October 2025. Those statements describe the launch, not a guarantee of current stock or the name used for every model currently on sale. Honda now presents separate CB350 and H’ness CB350 family pages; verify the exact model, variant and model year with a BigWing dealer before ordering.
Honda’s Tsutsumu Otani, Managing Director, President & CEO of HMSI, described the CB legacy as representing “timeless design, refined performance, and strong emotional connect with riders across generations.” That is Honda’s launch positioning, rather than an independent assessment. Honda’s 26 September 2025 launch announcement contains the original details.
CB350C Special Edition price in India
HMSI announced a price of ₹2,01,900 ex-showroom Bengaluru, Karnataka. This is a location-specific launch figure from 2025—not an on-road price or a verified current quote. Registration, insurance and local charges affect the amount payable, and the price or trim available may have changed since launch. Request a written, city-specific quotation from a BigWing dealer before comparing offers.

What is special about the design?
The edition’s distinguishing changes are visual and trim-related. HMSI announced Rebel Red Metallic and Matt Dune Brown paint, with the seat in black or brown depending on the colour variant.
- CB350C logo and a Special Edition sticker on the tank.
- Striped graphics on the tank, front fender and rear fender.
- Chrome-finished rear grabrail.
- Black or brown seat, depending on the selected colour.
HMSI’s sales and marketing director, Yogesh Mathur, said the refreshed graphics and special-edition branding were intended to give the bike a distinctive road presence. The release does not establish a performance upgrade over another CB350 variant.

Use the CB350C launch figures when assessing this edition. Honda’s current H’ness CB350 page gives a different family-page torque figure of 30 Nm at 3,000 rpm; that figure should not be substituted for the CB350C release’s 29.5 Nm. The available H’ness brochure information is not a basis for assigning the CB350C a kerb weight.
CB350C Special Edition vs H’ness CB350
These names refer to distinct entries in Honda’s CB350 family, and the current official pages list CB350 and H’ness CB350 separately. The 2025 CB350C Special Edition should not be confused with the H’ness CB350 Anniversary Edition from 2021. Autocar India’s 4 December 2021 report describes that earlier edition with gold-coloured badges and pinstripes, a chrome side stand, brown seat covers and two colours; its reported price was around ₹2.03 lakh at the time. Those are historical details, not the 2025 CB350C’s specification or price.

At launch, HMSI said bookings were open on its official site or through a nearby BigWing dealership. Its planned nationwide dealership rollout began in the first week of October 2025. For a purchase now, contact a local BigWing dealer rather than relying on those launch-period booking and availability statements.
