The six models with substantiated specifications here illustrate that range; they do not make a verified list of ten. Prices below are US starting MSRPs published by Harley-Davidson and may change.
What are the new Harley-Davidson motorcycles for 2025?
Harley-Davidson’s official 2025 materials support a broader definition of cruising than the classic low-slung cruiser: touring motorcycles, performance-oriented baggers and cruisers, and adventure sport-touring models all appear in the mix. The Pan America entries are adventure motorcycles, not conventional cruisers.
The available model-specific information supports six examples, rather than a definitive ten-model list. The specifications and prices below are manufacturer-published figures, not independent test results. Prices are US starting MSRPs; check Harley-Davidson or a dealer for current local pricing and availability.
Six 2025 models, six different riding priorities

| Low Rider ST | Performance cruising | Milwaukee-Eight 117 High Output; 114 hp; 128 lb-ft | 47 mpg estimated | $24,199+ |
| Heritage Classic | Classic cruising with touring utility | 117 cu. in. Milwaukee-Eight 117 Classic; 98 hp; 120 lb-ft | 47 mpg estimated | $22,999+ |
| Pan America 1250 ST | Pavement-focused adventure sport-touring | Revolution Max 1250; 150 hp; 94 lb-ft | Not stated on the cited Harley-Davidson page | $19,999+ |
| CVO Pan America | Premium mixed-terrain adventure touring | 150 hp; engine displacement and torque not stated on the cited Harley-Davidson page | Not stated on the cited Harley-Davidson page | $29,249+ |
| CVO Road Glide ST | High-performance bagger | Milwaukee-Eight 121 High Output; 127 hp; 145 lb-ft | Not stated on the cited Harley-Davidson page | $42,999+ |
All engine outputs, estimated fuel-economy figures, and US starting prices in this table are Harley-Davidson’s published 2025 model specifications or product-page figures. MPG values are estimates, not a comparative real-world test; the cited pages do not state figures for the three models marked accordingly.

Traditional touring: Street Glide
The Street Glide is the clearest conventional touring choice in this group. Harley-Davidson describes its Batwing fairing and lists a 117 cu. in. Milwaukee-Eight engine, 130 lb-ft of torque, 105 hp, and 44 mpg estimated fuel economy for the 2025 model. Its US starting MSRP is $27,749+. Those output and economy numbers are manufacturer specifications, not independently measured results. See Harley-Davidson’s 2025 Street Glide specifications.
Choose this type of setup if your priority is a touring-oriented motorcycle rather than a stripped-down cruiser. The fairing and touring format distinguish it from the Low Rider ST’s performance-cruiser approach and the Heritage Classic’s vintage styling.

Performance cruising: Low Rider ST
The Low Rider ST combines a Milwaukee-Eight 117 High Output engine with an FXRT-inspired, frame-mounted fairing and built-in storage. Harley-Davidson lists 114 hp, 128 lb-ft of torque, 47 mpg estimated fuel economy, and a $24,199+ US starting MSRP for the 2025 model. Three selectable ride modes give riders options for how the motorcycle responds. See Harley-Davidson’s 2025 Low Rider ST page.
This is the performance-cruiser option among the conventional cruiser and touring examples here. Its fairing and luggage are integrated into a more performance-focused package than the Heritage Classic, while its published starting price is below the Street Glide’s.

Rank #3
Classic cruising with touring utility: Heritage Classic
The Heritage Classic brings vintage styling together with touring-oriented equipment that Harley-Davidson describes as removable. The 2025 model’s listed specifications include a 117 cu. in. Milwaukee-Eight 117 Classic engine, 98 hp, 120 lb-ft of torque, 47 mpg estimated fuel economy, and 1.6 cu. ft. of luggage capacity. Its US starting MSRP is $22,999+. See Harley-Davidson’s 2025 Heritage Classic page.
Its appeal is the ability to lean into classic-cruiser character while having luggage capacity and touring equipment available. The cited specifications do not establish that it matches the Street Glide’s touring format or the Low Rider ST’s performance focus; they describe different priorities rather than a single ranking.

Pavement-focused adventure touring: Pan America 1250 ST
The Pan America 1250 ST is an adventure sport-tourer set up for pavement, not a traditional cruiser. Harley-Davidson lists a Revolution Max 1250 engine with 150 hp and 94 lb-ft of torque, lowered suspension, 17-inch street wheels, a quickshifter, five ride modes, Cornering ABS and traction control, and a 6.8-inch TFT display. The US starting MSRP is $19,999+. See Harley-Davidson’s 2025 Pan America 1250 ST page.
Its equipment points toward road-focused sport-touring with rider aids and a broad range of modes, rather than the relaxed, classic-cruiser format represented by the Heritage Classic. The category label matters: including it broadens what “cruising” means in this lineup, but does not make it a conventional cruiser.

Mixed-terrain adventure touring: CVO Pan America
The CVO Pan America takes the adventure-touring idea toward longer-distance and mixed-terrain use. Harley-Davidson highlights 120 liters of combined aluminum hardcase storage, adaptive ride height, semi-active suspension, tubeless laced wheels, nine ride modes, and 150 hp. Its US starting MSRP is $29,249+. The cited product page does not state torque or fuel economy. See Harley-Davidson’s CVO Pan America product page.
Compared with the pavement-oriented Pan America 1250 ST, its listed equipment emphasizes luggage volume and suspension features for varied terrain. The two models are not interchangeable labels for the same riding brief: one is described as pavement-focused, while the CVO page emphasizes mixed-terrain capability.
High-performance bagger: CVO Road Glide ST
The CVO Road Glide ST is the high-performance bagger in this set. Harley-Davidson lists a Milwaukee-Eight 121 High Output engine producing 127 hp and 145 lb-ft of torque, plus fully adjustable suspension, Brembo brakes, and a 12.3-inch TFT display. Its US starting MSRP is $42,999+. Fuel economy is not stated on the cited page. See Harley-Davidson’s CVO Road Glide ST page.
Its published output and premium chassis and display equipment set it apart from the more traditionally styled Street Glide. That distinction is more useful than calling one universally better: the CVO Road Glide ST is presented as a performance bagger, while the Street Glide is the traditional touring example.

- For a high-performance bagger: The CVO Road Glide ST combines the highest listed torque among these six with adjustable suspension, Brembo brakes, and a large TFT display.
Before comparing prices, confirm the current US offer and the motorcycle’s availability with Harley-Davidson or a dealer. MSRP is a starting figure, not a complete out-the-door price, and the published specifications do not substitute for a test ride or a fit check.
