Only one Harley-Davidson in the cited specifications clearly exceeds the 2026 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R’s published 127.0 hp: the 2025 CVO Road Glide RR, listed at 153 hp. The 2025 CVO Road Glide ST is listed at 127 hp, a numerical match—not more. Neither Harley exceeds the 2025 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R’s 196.0 hp. So the claim that ten Harley-Davidson bikes are more powerful than an unnamed inline-four sportbike is not supported: the answer depends on which sportbike and what “powerful” means.
Why the comparison needs a specific sportbike
Inline-four describes an engine layout, not a power class. Kawasaki’s official U.S. specifications list the 2026 Ninja ZX-6R at 127.0 hp at 13,000 rpm and the 2025 Ninja ZX-10R at 196.0 hp at 11,500 rpm. A Harley can exceed the first figure without coming close to the second.
For a peak-horsepower comparison, the available official figures support one Harley-Davidson above the ZX-6R benchmark, one at the same stated horsepower, and no Harley above the ZX-10R benchmark. The manufacturer pages do not establish a common cross-brand measurement protocol, so these published numbers are useful for a stated-spec comparison, not proof of identical testing or real-world performance.
How the listed models compare on published horsepower
| Motorcycle and model year | Published horsepower | Published torque | Comparison with 2026 ZX-6R |
|---|---|---|---|
| Harley-Davidson CVO Road Glide RR, 2025 | 153 hp | 150 ft-lb | Higher by listed peak horsepower |
| Harley-Davidson CVO Road Glide ST, 2025 | 127 hp | 145 ft-lb | Same numerical horsepower |
| Harley-Davidson Street Bob, 2025 | 98 hp at 4,600 rpm | 120 ft-lb at 2,500 rpm | Lower by listed peak horsepower |
| Harley-Davidson Sportster S, model year not established by the cited media material | 121 hp | A directly comparable model torque figure is not stated in the cited passage | Lower by listed peak horsepower |
| Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R, 2026 | 127.0 hp at 13,000 rpm | 52.1 lb-ft at 10,800 rpm | Reference point |
| Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R, 2025 | 196.0 hp at 11,500 rpm | Not stated on the cited product specification used here | Higher than each Harley figure listed above |

Which Harley-Davidson exceeds the ZX-6R?
2025 CVO Road Glide RR: higher on the published figures
Harley-Davidson lists the CVO Road Glide RR at 153 hp and 150 ft-lb of torque. That is 26 hp above the 2026 ZX-6R’s published 127.0 hp, comparing the manufacturers’ stated figures. Harley-Davidson describes its engine as “The most powerful Milwaukee-Eight® engine ever factory-installed in a Harley-Davidson® motorcycle.” This is a touring motorcycle, so a peak-horsepower difference alone does not establish that it accelerates faster, reaches a higher top speed, or is superior on a track.
2025 CVO Road Glide ST: a match, not an exceedance
The CVO Road Glide ST is listed at 127 hp and 145 ft-lb. Its stated horsepower numerically matches the ZX-6R’s 127.0 hp; it should not be counted as more powerful on this metric. The Harley’s larger torque figure is a different measurement and does not change the horsepower comparison.

Why torque and engine size do not make a ten-bike list
Horsepower and torque describe different aspects of engine output and are reported in different units. Harley-Davidson lists the 2025 Street Bob at 98 hp at 4,600 rpm and 120 ft-lb at 2,500 rpm. Its torque figure is substantial, but it does not exceed the ZX-6R on published peak horsepower. Likewise, the Sportster S media material gives a 121 hp figure, below the ZX-6R benchmark; its statement about up to 10% more torque from 3,000 to 6,000 rpm concerns engine development and does not supply a directly comparable model torque figure.
Displacement, torque, and horsepower should not be substituted for one another when the claim is specifically that one motorcycle is “more powerful.” A defensible list needs the same named metric for every model, with model year and manufacturer attached to each figure.

What the available specifications do—and do not—show
The cited official specifications do not establish ten distinct Harley-Davidson models with horsepower above the ZX-6R’s 127.0 hp, and they establish none above the ZX-10R’s 196.0 hp. The available Harley figures include only one model above the ZX-6R, one matching it, and two below it. These are manufacturer-published figures, not a shared cross-brand test; they cannot by themselves settle acceleration, top speed, or track performance.
