What the workshop manual does—and who it is for
The foreword says the manual describes operations for repair and adjustment of the engine and its components, and presumes the work will be carried out by qualified personnel. It is technical repair documentation, not a general owner’s guide. Check edition and update status before relying on instructions
The foreword identifies the workshop manual as © 2002 / 0297 9763. It also says the manual is not subject to engineering change service, remains valid until a next issue, and advises consulting technical circulars during repairs. That is an important limitation: the hosted copy should not be assumed to reflect every later engineering change. Confirm whether a newer issue or applicable technical circular exists before making repair decisions.
A third-party seller advertises a downloadable F4L 913 workshop-manual PDF and claims it is 433 pages in German, English, French and Spanish. Those are seller claims, not manufacturer-confirmed facts; they do not establish that a copy is official, complete, licensed, current or suited to a specific engine.
