Overview

FleetERP is a fleet and logistics ERP from APPIT Software Solutions, a Hyderabad-based company founded in 2016. It brings 41 modules together on one data model, covering work from vehicle tracking and trip planning through maintenance, freight billing, compliance and analytics. That breadth makes it relevant to operators looking to manage more than vehicle location alone.

The product is aimed at mid-market and enterprise operators with hundreds to thousands of assets. Its stated target industries include trucking, construction equipment, cold chain, rental, taxi, bus, employee and school transport, and EV fleets. Businesses evaluating options can also browse Fleet management software.

FleetERP lists 63 device and business-system integrations. Examples include Teltonika and Wialon for fleet data, FASTag/NETC, Tally Prime, SAP, WhatsApp Business API and Microsoft Power BI. These connections may help businesses bring vehicle operations together with finance, communication and reporting workflows, though the fit depends on the systems already in use.

Key features

The 41 modules span live tracking, trip management, dispatch and route optimisation as well as maintenance, workshop operations, fuel, freight billing, compliance and AI analytics. Parts inventory, custom inspections and fuel cost tracking are also listed capabilities. With the modules sharing one data model, the product is positioned to connect operational areas rather than treat each as a separate fleet tool.

The standard plan includes an open REST API, webhooks and a sandbox. Driver and supervisor mobile apps are available for iOS and Android; the driver app supports ten Indian languages. FleetERP says operational data is not used to train a shared AI model.

Security controls listed by the company include TLS 1.3 for data in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, encrypted backups that are tested, field-level role permissions and forced multi-factor authentication. FleetERP says it is built to India's DPDP Act requirements and supports GST and e-Way Bill handling through registered GSPs, as well as AIS-140 data handling. APPIT Software Solutions says FleetERP inherits its security practices and SOC 2 controls, while formal certification for FleetERP itself is in progress.

Pricing

The Unlimited users plan costs ₹12,000 per month, billed monthly, plus a one-time setup fee of ₹50,000. It includes unlimited users, unlimited vehicles and assets, every module, managed hosting, updates, backups and priority support. A free plan is not listed.

Enterprise pricing is custom and not listed as a fixed amount. The plan is scoped to the operation and is intended for multi-entity groups, businesses with 1,000+ assets or regulated operations. It includes dedicated infrastructure or self-hosting, custom modules and a contractual SLA. Buyers should confirm the scope and terms directly with the vendor.

Platforms

FleetERP is available on web, Android and iOS, and lists API access. The standard plan is hosted and maintained by FleetERP. Enterprise supports deployment on a customer's VPS or on-premise, giving larger operators a self-hosting option.

Who it's for

FleetERP's stated fit is strongest for mid-market and enterprise fleets managing hundreds or thousands of assets, particularly where dispatch, maintenance, fuel, compliance and billing need to sit alongside tracking. Its industry list covers a wide range of vehicle operations, from trucking and construction equipment to passenger transport, rentals, cold chain and EV fleets.

Smaller fleets or buyers seeking only a basic tracking product may find the ERP scope broader than they need. The per-month subscription and setup fee, along with custom enterprise scoping, are important considerations for evaluating total fit.

Verdict

FleetERP is a broad fleet and logistics ERP for operators that need a connected system across tracking, dispatch, maintenance, fuel, compliance and billing. Its published standard plan includes unlimited users and assets, all modules, managed hosting and priority support, with API and mobile access. The key trade-offs are the ₹50,000 one-time setup fee, a wide-ranging system that may exceed the needs of simpler fleets, and custom rather than published Enterprise pricing. Buyers should also distinguish the company's stated security controls and inherited SOC 2 practices from formal FleetERP certification, which it says is still in progress.
