Overview

AutoRaptor is an automotive CRM for independent dealerships, built to manage leads, automate follow-up and organize sales activity. Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Sarasota, Florida, the company serves independent and multi-location new and used car dealers, as well as buy-here-pay-here and lease-here-pay-here businesses, RV, marine and powersports dealers.

The system brings lead records, communication history and sales-pipeline activity together. Teams can search, filter and track prospects through customizable pipelines, with funnel reports to review lead progress. Lead-source capture and lead routing are listed capabilities, alongside workflow automation and DMS integration.

AutoRaptor has no free plan or self-service free trial. Dealerships can request a personalized demo. Its pricing is paid and available on request, with costs tailored to dealership size, needs and selected features.

Key features

Lead and sales management

Dealership teams can organize leads in customizable sales pipelines, search and filter records, and track activity with funnel reports. This gives sales staff a shared view of prospects and where they are in the sales process.

AutoRaptor also lists lead routing and lead-source capture. These capabilities support assigning incoming prospects and recording where leads originated, while workflow automation can handle repeatable follow-up steps.

Communication and follow-up

Communication tools include two-way SMS and MMS, one-click calling and email automation. Customer communication history is centralized in the CRM, making earlier interactions available alongside lead and pipeline details.

The AI Sales Assistant can engage leads and follow up around the clock, answer common questions and schedule appointments. The feature is subject to the product’s pricing structure, and it may carry an additional charge.

Mobile tools

AutoRaptor offers mobile apps for Android and iOS. The apps support CRM pipeline management, Up Sheets, driver’s-license scanning and VIN scanning, giving dealership staff mobile access to sales tasks and customer or vehicle details.

Integrations, security and compliance

Listed inventory-provider integrations include Frazer, Reynolds & Reynolds, vAuto, Dealer.com and Dealer Center. Some providers require dealer setup or approval, and premium integrations may cost extra.

AutoRaptor describes secure browser connections, regularly updated server software, backups, separation of customer data and role-based access controls. Its texting compliance features include opt-in tracking, STOP keyword opt-outs, message logging and time-of-day limits for automated messages.

Support and onboarding

Support options include phone, email, live chat and a help center, along with onboarding and training. The FAQ lists standard support hours as Monday through Friday, 8 AM–5 PM EST.

Pricing

AutoRaptor is paid, but it does not publish plan prices. Pricing is on request and tailored to dealership size, needs and features. The listed tiers indicate intended team sizes rather than published costs:

Starter: 3–5 users, for small dealerships.
Pro: 6–10 users, for medium dealerships.
Power: 11–15 users, for large dealerships.
Power+: Unlimited users, for large dealerships with big teams.

Premium integrations, custom websites, the AI Sales Assistant, additional phone numbers and higher SMS volume may incur extra charges. AutoRaptor does not offer a free plan or free trial; dealerships can request a personalized demo instead.

Platforms

AutoRaptor is available on the web and through Android and iOS apps. Its mobile tools include pipeline management, Up Sheets, driver’s-license scanning and VIN scanning.

Who it's for

AutoRaptor is aimed at independent dealerships and multi-location dealer groups selling new or used cars. Its stated customer base also includes BHPH and LHPH dealers, along with RV, marine and powersports dealerships.

It may suit teams that want lead tracking, automated communication and mobile sales tools in one CRM. Because pricing is customized and some features or integrations can add cost, dealerships should clarify which capabilities and usage levels are included in a quote.

Verdict

AutoRaptor covers the core dealership CRM workflow from lead capture and routing through follow-up, appointment scheduling and pipeline tracking. Its mobile scanning tools and multi-channel communication history extend that workflow beyond the desktop, while its AI Sales Assistant can handle lead engagement and common questions around the clock.

The main purchasing uncertainty is cost: plan prices are not public, there is no free trial, and optional features, integrations or higher communication usage may increase the bill. Dealerships considering AutoRaptor should request a demo and a detailed quote that specifies user count, integrations, AI access, phone numbers and SMS volume.
