CFMOTO will supply its 675SR-R motorcycle to the FIM Women’s Circuit Racing World Championship (WorldWCR) for the 2027, 2028 and 2029 seasons. The agreement brings the manufacturer into a WorldSBK championship as its exclusive motorcycle supplier; it does not announce a CFMOTO entry in the WorldSBK Superbike class.
What the CFMOTO–WorldSBK agreement covers
WorldSBK announced the deal on 9 October 2026. CFMOTO’s 675SR-R will become the official motorcycle for WorldWCR, a championship within the WorldSBK series, for three seasons: 2027 through 2029. WorldSBK’s announcement describes CFMOTO as the championship’s exclusive motorcycle supplier.

The scope matters: this is a WorldWCR supply agreement, not an announcement that CFMOTO will race in the WorldSBK Superbike category. WorldWCR will retain its one-make format, meaning competitors will ride identical motorcycles.
How the 675SR-R compares with the current WorldWCR motorcycle
WorldSBK says the incoming platform will offer around 15 hp more than the current WorldWCR motorcycle. That is the championship’s approximate comparison, not an independently measured test result. The announcement does not name the outgoing motorcycle or give its exact power output, so it does not support a precise model-to-model specification comparison.

The incoming race motorcycle is described as having a 675cc three-cylinder engine. WorldSBK Executive Director Gregorio Lavilla said: “The CFMOTO 675SR-R gives our riders a more powerful motorcycle to master and a new challenge to help them develop, while retaining the equal technical conditions that make their ability count.” The additional power changes the challenge for riders, while identical machinery preserves the championship’s one-make principle.
Race-bike figures and production-bike specifications are different
CFMOTO’s published figures for the production 675SR-R road model are 70 kW (95 hp) at 11,000 rpm and 70 N·m at 8,250 rpm. The manufacturer describes its production engine as liquid-cooled. These are road-model specifications; neither the WorldSBK announcement nor the production-model announcement identifies them as the race bike’s output. Michelin becomes WorldWCR’s tyre supplier in 2027
The series’ one-make format will continue under the deal, and WorldSBK says Michelin will become WorldWCR’s single tyre supplier from the 2027 season. The motorcycle and tyre changes are both scheduled to begin in 2027.
What the announcement means for CFMOTO
The agreement gives CFMOTO a defined role in international circuit racing: supplying the 675SR-R to every WorldWCR competitor for three seasons. It is a championship-level partnership, but the announcement establishes no broader WorldSBK Superbike campaign. CFMOTO Motorsports Management Center General Manager Samantha Liu said: “Becoming the official motorcycle supplier for the 2027–2029 WorldWCR seasons marks an important new chapter in CFMOTO’s global motorsport journey. It also reflects our long-term commitment to the development of motorcycle racing.”
