Pay attention to the rear valance: Borla identifies oval openings on 2014–2017 cars and rectangular openings on 2018–2026 cars. The broad listed fitment does not replace checking your exact year, trim, drivetrain, and outlet clearance with Borla before purchase.

Genuine Lexus F SPORT Performance Exhaust
The official Lexus parts listing offers an F SPORT Performance Exhaust for the 2023 IS 350 as part PTR0353210. Lexus specifies stainless-steel construction and says the design delivers less backpressure for added low- to mid-range torque. This is the manufacturer’s description; the available information does not establish a measured power gain. Check the Lexus part listing.
Part-number history needs particular care. LexusPartsNow lists PTR03-53210 for 2021–2022 IS 350 and says it has been replaced by PTR03-53260, while Lexus’s official 2023 listing uses PTR0353210. “Best” depends on what you want to hear. A 2021+ AWD owner in one discussion asked for a sound that was “not obnoxious” but had a “nice deep tone”; that is one owner’s preference, not a representative survey or proof of how either exhaust sounds in person.
